i was contacted several times by LabCorp's alleged recruiter "Andrea Haynes". However, i was consistently advised i could not speak to the recruiter by phone nor video and would only have a "chat interview". Post pandemic this seemed extremely odd. I contacted what i thought was LabCorp's main office at 919-481-5200. KENYA answered the phone. I greeted her and politely began to ask whom i would speak with concerning the issue and before i could finish KENYA terminated the call. When i called back I asked Kenya if she didn't like her job or mistakenly terminated the call and she blatantly lied. She said she didn't terminate the call and made up a conversation that we literally never had. This was not a case of mishearing, the call ended. This was shocking coming from such a well known institution. I presume calls are recorded for quality and training purposes. This call took place 11:36am 1/19/24. KENYA can very much benefit from some retraining. After this experience, I chose not to proceed with opportunities at LabCorp as i do not see anywhere where complaints of this nature can be made apart from yelp therefore it reflects badly on the quality assurance of this organization which I would not want to be a part of. -US Veteran

Labcorp is a private corporation. (To the reviewer who said, "When the government takes over healthcare, every interaction with the system will be exactly like this.")
