Horrible company and worthless customer service with people who can barley speak English, if you can even reach them

Horrible when you tell them to cancel an order and they say it's canceled but you're still receiving a box to ship a product that's fixed and there won't be anything shipped. Legal actions will be taken

Absolutely horrible customer care. I have been waiting on my computer to be repaired for over a month, unable to reach anyone for the past week. Completely unacceptable
