I realized that I paid too much for my shopping 3 days ago. When I shared this with the manager at the store, he told me that they could not do anything because 3 days had passed. Since I realized it 3 days later, I was subjected to this injustice and I will share it on all portals.

I had a pretty bad experience with their Morrisville store customer services. They will not take returns on unopened packed plastic supplies that we were returning with 48 hours of purchase. I will never ever go back to this store.

Worse ever, we left our stuff and left due to the rudeness of the cashier who refused to scan our card just because it’s e-card!! She said they don’t accept ecards! In fact, we always shop with the same card and if you don’t accept e-cards as she mentioned, then why you gave them to the members in the first place!

Most of the managers are very jovial and barely know what they're doing! Had to wait nearly an hour to get any help. Don't get me wrong, there's Definitely a few good apples that will help you with a smile, but when I see a assistant branch manager goofing off in the cheese section, the aisles looking like they've seen better days, and the employees acting like they ate only nails for 3 weeks and are trying to push it out....I'd definitely wouldn't want to spend my time and money hereThe only thing you get from this store is good bulk pricing.

Morrisville, NC ... No overnight parking. Can park on the exit ramp, it's a safe area. Tight lot , but manageable. I had no appointment, arrived @ 1000. Was assigned a door as soon as one freed up. Quick unload , less than an hr. Guys inside were nice. Restrooms were available.

I was extremely satisfied with Nicole's assistance, as she went above and beyond in helping me locate every item on my list. Not only was she incredibly kind and friendly, but her politeness throughout the entire interaction made the experience even more enjoyable.

Great Store! Great Staff! Yes You gotta wait in line but it is what it is… Staff is always friendly to me and I can get in and out quickly on most days… sometimes You gotta wait longer than others. I just fixed my schedule to go at less busy times.. Always great been going here for 10 years! A++++ Tysm

The Manager was very disrespectful to me, my family, and a large group of individuals behind us. He shouted out to me and my family and a big group of people behind us, telling us that it was an express line even though it wasn't, and there were 2 groups of people who had wayyyy surpassed the "10 item limit" that then changed into the "20 item limit." There was no sign indicating that it was an express lane; rather, the line we got sent to had an express line sign even though it wasn’t. The whole store is in shambles. It was a very hot and humid day. Me and my family weren’t looking to argue, so we chose to ignore this incident, but later overheard him making exceptions to others that he knew in the line who went way overboard with the "20 item limit." I just don’t think it's fair to treat customers like this, and I do very much understand that it was a hot day, but the way he acted was just disrespectful and uncalled for.

There are some good products I like at Restaurant Depot that I can get on a day pass. However, it is painful to wait longer on checkout. Every other time I go there, I have to wait for an hour or more to be checked out because the cash register system is not working.The issues I am told are all sorts of things from connectivity to other technical issues. I wonder if it is really a big investment for the chain to fix while compromising on losing customers.

I know my 1 star review won’t mean anything to Restaurant Depot, but I just wanted to say that you guys are worst grocery bulk chain, the most ghetto logistics and zero care about customer satisfaction. You trap people with low prices and no membership fees just to compensate how bad the system inside of each store is. Endless lines, broken pos systems and non existent customer service

Coming here is always a painful experience. The check out lines are almost always terribly long. Due to being understaffed and the staff they have being incompetent. The cashiers are very slow and lack any sort of customer service skills.

They never have what you need. You find containers but not lids or lids but not containers or just none of them, a lot of missing items, it looks like they don't even check inventory. Also, most of the employees look miserable and have very bad attitudes they avoid you, don't want to answer any questions they for sure make you feel like a bother.

I don’t understand why they risk the customer’s wellbeing by having the employees stock the floor during business hours. Why not do it on night shift and have a few on the floor throughout the day replenishing. That place is an OSHA violation waiting to happen. Be careful of other customers potentially plowing you down also…rude as hell. My last visit I felt like I was in a maze. Went down several isles and Couldn’t get the isles due to all the pallet in the isles…oh and don’t get me started on management. I accidentally picked up and bought the wrong chips because they were stocked in the wrong location…corn chips and Cheetos in the same location . At the return counter they called management to approve the return. When the manager learned of how this happened he told me to more or less pay attention to what I’m purchasing because he had to come “all the way from the warehouse”to approve the transaction . Being the nice person I am I declined to tell him that was his job and to choose another profession. Any who, that was a few months ago. My last visit the same manager was supposed to look for some lids that matched the cups I had picked up…he disappeared around the corner and never came back. Place is so disorganized. Most things have no price tag so you don’t know what something costs. The bottleneck at this location is management for sure!!

Today I went to do my shopping for my business. I quickly chose everything that I would take from this store. When I got to the cash register, I met this person who is supposed to be a cashier. You can see her name and her face Managers of Restoran Depot. When my turn to pay came, she looked at me for a few seconds with a worse face than the one you see there. Body language: sloping shoulders, slack hands, and a face that showed that being there working was a great pain for her. It was so unpleasant to see how forcibly she marked things with her red pen and how she scanned the codes with utter laziness and negligence. But yes! She was pending the conversation of her companions. It made me think that she could make a mistake in checking her merchandise, she seemed absent and little concentrated. She was not friendly and she never communicated any gesture of knowing what she was doing. Oh and not to mention the way she's dressed yet. It absolutely looked like her pajama clothes were worn to work. I do not pretend that she wears an office suit but at least that she takes her work and personal care seriously. Restaurant Depot and warehouse, transportation and ATM staff: thanks to the businessmen who come to this place every day to take our money, you have a job and a reason for being there, so everyone change your attitude. Well, absolutely nothing there, they all have the face of being so unhappy. So either this company's recruiting is failing or the current workforce is dramatically lackluster.
