Samosas are good, fresh, and good price. Service was acceptable. Place is a bit disorderly but ok. Other cooked food items for sale which I didn't try this time around but looked good so I plan to try on a future visit

I bought claypot biriyani. It was worst, rice is watery and the chicken is not cooked with proper masala.

This is most unpleasant Goat Biryani I ever saw and ate in my life. How in the world you are even selling it as Goat Biryani.. A plain and simple khichdi will taste better than this. I will not recommend anyone buying Biryani from here at all.

Aisles are narrow and congested. Groceries are typical - price wise on par with other Indian stores. The food section is good. Different menus for breakfast(only weekends), lunch and breakfast. Reasonable price. They make fresh chapathis.

I recently move to my friend place just a couple of miles from here. We can have chit chat with friends by drinking chai and have some snacks.

Dear Sangam,Yesterday, When me and my friend came to your shop for a nice evening tea, one of your employees stopped me and asked me to pay extra for an empty extra cup.Is this a new rule that, If I take extra empty cup for sharing the tea with my friend, should we pay extra? I believe this is unusual even in American shops…I am a person don’t drink a full glass of tea and at the same time, I don’t want to waste it as well…Taking a glass of tea and sharing it (1/2) with my friend is an offense? I am not going to refill the tea anyways…I paid $2.15 for the tea…Does that not profitable?By the way, it’s a foam cup…It costs around $1.72 for 50 cups in Walmart…I felt offended that, the lady who stopped me looked me like a thief?…I am really sorry if taking extra cup matters a lot in your profit from tea…According to me, Sangam is famous for snacks rather than groceries. We enjoy sitting there and have some snacks with our friends and family…That reminds our memories from our home country…I have put this review just in case if it’s a surprise for the owner/manager who ever runs it…If this is something from the management, we will live with it ? because we love Sangam majorly for the above fact.Just my thought process….

Our local tea shop where you can get fast food at cheaper price. Due to sangam mart we get some timepass during weekends sipping tea and bonda during cool summer for South Indians mAinly. They should focus on grocery too.

WORST INDIAN STORE TO SHOP NOW. Sangam Mart used to be great, with a great staff and service. Now, it seems that their popularity has made them think they can do and act however they want, because people will keep coming back. I went today to get their "Fresh" rotis. I asked the person making the roti to give me 50 of the ones that were drying so that I could get ones that haven't been sitting there for 2 hours. The person said No. Then I asked the cashier, and she said "No because we don't have anyone to count and pack it." We can see the person who packs them counting and packing very clearly, and the cashier lady said they can't do that. HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE? Absolutely ridiculous. Never going back here again. I'll make sure none of my Nepali friends and family go here either.

Indian grocery store in Morrisville,NC, with an option to buy cooked South Indian food from their hot deli. The store is very congested and can be difficult to navigate.Store entrance/ exit and billing counter all in one place, which makes it very difficult, nearly sure you will bump into someone . Management needs to consider a new layout for the store ASAP or relocation to a new place.Prices are ok and choice is there.Needs to double check the expiry of certain products.

Veggies are fresh most of the time..We love their chappatis but lately they dnt taste that good..They shld be polite to the customer especially the food section people..Overall ok Indian Store..

I was in the line for food. Everyone was waiting in the line to get a food patiently. Server or the person who was taking order at the front of the buffet line. He skipped me and asked from another guy in the line who was behind me, in his South Indian language. So rude and mean and unprofessional. I just want to let the owner to know as well to that person. Treat people equally no matter which state how they look. Respect everyone. I will never recommend to any north, east and West Indian to shop from sangam mart.

Very poor customer service and very very rude to customers. Food is good but female employee is very rude. This is not the first time and they don't even apologize for their mistakes. I would never come back or recommend to anyone until and unless they changed their attitude. I would not give not even a one star for the service they provided today. But unfortunately I have to select 1 star to go further to post this review.

Be careful about the product they sell. Especially the ones they import from India. I have seen 10s of outdated or expired food products that are still in the racks of this shop and are being sold to public. I wonder how and drug control organisation of NC is not catching this shop.
