I don't know what the deal was with this guy that was working there on March 6, 2024 at 7:30PM, but I had a Shell gift card and I wasn't sure how it was going to work at the pump, so I went in, to the counter, and asked to use this gift card for my pump. Then this guy slides the gift card, but he was not sliding all the way. He kept sliding only about third way then keeps pulling it out and tells me that network must be down and can't use this gift card. I asked him to slide again hoping he would do it the right way, but he kept doing the same. So I didn't want to deal with this guy and just went to the pump and it accepted my gift card and recognized the amount that I had and the pump automatically stopped when it reached the amount.
Is it because the gift card was already purchased that this store is just giving gas and not getting any money for it that this guy tried to force me to pay by cash or credit card?
Only reason I came here was because I got this gift card from someone, so I came to use it and man.. such a disappointing experience here with this clerk. But the pump machine worked fine. Fire this guy then I might come back.

You dont close the gas station and mop at 5:55 pm.. that's a hazard, liability , and inconvenient. Common sense would dictate not doing this at peak service hours.

They close at 10pm and are not 24 hours as stated on the station info page on the Shell website or Google. Fraud.

Horrible!! Stopped in to get gas. Pump would not read 2 credit cards. Went in side told the a staff member. Told him the problem. He says, got another card. I said swiped 2 cards same thing. He says he can’t do anything because the card read was bad, that’s why I don’t go to this place. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! After 22 years in Morrisville I have NEVER experienced this mentality.

I purchased some chips but I didn't realize until after I left and ate two that the bag was out of date by 5 months. Turned around, returned them. Sales clerk asked if I wanted a refund or pick another bag. Picked a bag but that bag was out of date as well. Picked same brand but different flavor. Not exactly what I wanted it will do. Issue resolved ish but always check your dates before you buy.

The cashier was not wearing a mask. I came in on Wednesday at 5:15PM. I filled gas and decided to grab a drink, i felt very uncomfortable when i saw the cashier was cleaning the floor without a mask and would not put one on when I walked in.

Unfriendly service. Made a payment inside for food and drinks while also preparing for fuel. Rewards discount wasnt applied so I went back to ask the clerk wher my discount was....he said I hung the pump back up and I have to pay for gas again and previous gas purchase was refunded. He could not provide a receipt that shows the refund. Horrible customer service.
