I don’t know where to start. I know the service is not the best and some time I lose connection but I still greatful and I’m learn how to troubleshoot my Owen problem. There so quick to send repair person when you can fix it your self. I tried to work for them drove from Clayton to Mooresville . Twice and dress up and hand my resume. I was told they want to hire me then I get email telling me that I didn’t get the job. I talked to my military rep and family members and friends . They all told me to move on and don’t look back. I feel like the good lord told me there’s something better. I’m military vet and I’m hard worker with no criminal background and bilingual. I realize now spectrum not right for me. I only wish them good luck in future. Nobody saying thank you spectrum for getting espn and Disney Channel back. You got lot ungrateful people . Thank you Spectrum ??

Absolutely awful customer service, spoke to a women named Shenekwa, by far the most unprofessional customer service representative ever. I will be canceling all spectrum services after this.

Let me begin with DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH SPECTRUM!My internet goes in and out several times a day. I reached out to spectrum because I pay too much to reboot my system three to five times A DAY! I was told there was a signal problem, and that it was double the value at which "spectrum protocol" sends out a technician.After being promised that the representative would do all he could to show me an improvement in my service today, I'm now be waiting until Tuesday, having to take time off work and losing money, to be here!All I'm being offered is a $10 credit for "inconvenience" and that "credit" will be used up in my first 5 minutes at work and I will miss HOURS!It is readily apparent that spectrum DOES NOT CARE about their customers nor do they care about the quality of their service!Looks like I'll be looking elsewhere for internet!

You know that episode of South Park when the kids go talk to the cable provider? Dealing with Spectrum is exactly that way. Did you know they even charge you to install their equipment for them? Sadly there’s no other choice so you have to just deal with it just like the kids in South Park.

Be warned. Do not let them in your house. Salesman will come to your house, promise you internet installation is free, his supervisor will also confirm via phone, internet installation is free, and then will charge you installation fee and they will refuse to remove the fee. This is a corrupt company with unethical behavior. Their Spectrum One vision will fail. Be warned. I have text and voice evidence to prove this.

Horrendous service. I had 5 lines and home internet and BOTH GAVE ME ISSUES!!!! And customer service was just also horrible. No one wanted to help and would toss me around. I called in 3 months about 20 times because of my poor cell ohone serviceAnd my internet service.DO NOT GET SPECTEUM

If you can find other internet service providers, select them other than spectrum. Don’t waste your time and money.

Spectrum is by far the worst experience with a Internet or tv provider I've ever had. Reliability hardly exist and it doesn't seem to be a concern with the Company. If your area offers other Internet and tv providers I'd suggest you give them a shot. I'm certain no other company could be worse.

This is a shady company, They steal your money!! Both resi and mobile serve departments steal. They called me to sell t.v package and I declined but still my bill went up had to call and resolve, Right now I am calling them once a month when I receive my bill to ask them why over charge me?! What they say is Ok we will generate a ticket to see it if your bill don't drop by next bill period call us back; that what they say all the time.I am going back my previous provider and NOT RECOMEND to any one.

Spectrum is the worst internet service provider. The apartment complex I live in has Community internet. It’s absolutely horrible. It will abruptly stop working on any day at any random time. It will stop working at 2 pm on Tuesday or 9 pm on Friday.Hopefully the apartment complex moves to a different ISP soon.

I called a canceled my my stuff because I never could get it to work and I had to pay just to get my stuff canceled and they kept calling my phone and calling and wanted me to pay more money trying to say I didn’t Pay and when I side I would send my bank statement say that I paid and wanted to talk to. A supervisor he wouldn’t let me and would say he was when I knew he wasn’t and when I side I was going to take it to court he hung up on me and was talking to me like is was dum and didn’t know what I was talking about I would never send or suggest this Service to anyone worst places to spend your money there nothing but a scam and a lie

They called into my business to push us to upgrade to higher package otherwise will receive the constantly disconnect. We declined it because we only use their internet to run the credit card terminal, no need faster speed than 200 mb. Then they automatic raised extra $20 each month for the same package we have. Please stay away from this company.
