It's a great hotel if you need two Bedrooms. It has a great lobby and downstairs area. However the rooms do not match that... They are very outdated and dirty.. Air conditioner filters havent been cleaned in decades.. and in our final day there was a huge (dead?) roach in the bathroom.

I love how the kids can have their own room to stay in while traveling. They loved the basketball court.

Hotel staff were incredible and made us feel so welcome during our stay. Breakfast and evening social far exceeded our expectations. The bathrooms could use a little upgrading but overall (because of the staff) a very pleasant stay.

Safety: The location is away from from major traffic & two other hotel next to it. It was quiet & feel safe.Food & drinks: The breakfast option was 1.5 time more than other StayBridge Suites. In addition to eggs & sausage, there were prepared eggs, sausage, cheese biscuits. Also, there’s waffle maker, shrimp & grits, Chobani yogurts various flavors, fruits, snacks, & more.

The only few hotels offers shuttle at 4am in the morning. I think they share a shuttle with sister hotels in the same block. It is a simple overnight stay for transit. However, I have to say that despite my emphasis to the desk on checkin about my intention of taking the 4am shuttle, somehow the shuttle driver totally forgot me. When I checked out at 355am the lady by the desk told me to wait inside and the van will pick me up. But at that time I saw there was the van by the Holiday Inn Express entrance and I was wondering if it would come over. At 404am the van left Holiday Inn Express without coming to Staybridge. I got panic and asked help from the receptionist. She called the driver and one of drivers friend came over as fast as he can, but can only pick me up at 415am and I made to airport at 425am. I had a flight at 5am, thank God that I don't have check in luggage and already had my boarding pass, otherwise it could be a disaster. For this reason I didn't give the hotel 5 stars. And make sure you watch the shuttle by the entrance of sister hotels if you are taking the early shuttle. Staybridge is in the back of the block, and from the entrance you can see the two sister hotels front drive. The shuttle is easy to spot.

I continuously travel to country for work, and this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It began after I had been there for a week and I noticed someone from the hotel used my card on file to take money out of my bank account in the middle of the night. I was told to come to the front desk to talk to the Manager. So, on 11-18-23, at 2:55pm, I go downstairs to the reception desk, asked to speak with the manager, and this repulsive woman named “Elizabeth” immediately starts screaming at me in the lobby. I asked for the manager again, and I asked for his contact information, and she continued to scream at me in the lobby, in front of other customers, in the middle of the day. I calmly reminded her that her job is customer service, she has no right or reason to scream at me, and I would not be down here at all had they been doing their job (along with the theft my key card wasnt working.) she continue to scream at me, scream over me, threaten me, and told me if I did not shut my mouth, she would throw me out or have me removed. So there I am standing there with my three year old daughter, and this evil psychotic woman threatens to have me forcibly removed from the hotel, with my dogs and all my belongings still in the room. Hands-down the worst hotel experience of my life. My company spends over $1 million a year at staybridge, and for this company and the hotel to allow its customers to be treated like this is absurd. For a hotel to allow its receptionist to threaten its members, threaten to have a police remove them when questioned about transactions, and have them separated from all their belongings because she is in a bad mood is absolutely outrageous. I don’t know what kind of business is taking place here, but the fact that she still works at the front desk with the customers of the hotel at her mercy is mine blowing. Furthermore, I know this is not an isolated incident because I have heard several other Hotel customers complain about “the hateful old woman at the desk.”

My boyfriend and I travel for his work. We have been here 2 weeks and will be here probably another 2 weeks. This hotel is by far one of the best we’ve stayed in. Steve and Adoara are wonderful. The housekeeper, Higinia (I apologize if spelled wrong) did such and amazing job on our room. I work out on my computer in the room and the WiFi was sufficient. The socials 3 nights a week are fantastic. I wish I new the ladies name that cooks for it most of the time but she does a fabulous job. And breakfast is alway wonderful as well. My only complaint is the beds are hard, lol. But that is nothing to do with the staff. It is well lit, and pet friendly. Was not a bad price for us to have our dog for the month. Cheaper than many other places we’ve stayed. Definitely recommend. ?

Stayed here with my family for 2 nights. During the first night my infant soiled the crib sheet in the crib provided by the hotel. I called 3 times total trying to get a clean crib sheet. Was offered a full sized sheet each time. I of course declined since using loose or soft bedding in a crib is very dangerous. On the last call I was told someone would leave the crib sheet in my room. Instead I returned to find the crib was wrapped in a full sized fitted sheet and had a folded flat sheet placed on top. All of this is extremely dangerous and could lead to an infant suffocating in the crib. Immediately removed the dangerous bedding and my infant spent 2 nights sleeping on a urinated crib sheet. Not the experience we expected. Also, the room was dusty, the carpet had many stains, and the air vents visibly dusty. The kitchen cabinets were greasy and kitchen floor sticky. We have stayed in many hotels and this is one of the worst experiences thus far. Have no plans in staying in another IHG hotel in the future.

It’s a bit of an older hotel but was very clean in all areas and staff was friendly and courteous. 4 stars because I couldn’t fully enjoy the nice room off the lobby because of the constant loud rattling coming from one of the beverage coolers in the dining area. Please Fix!
