I had to push back my move in date to have pest control fix a huge roach infestation! I discovered this on the day I received my keys and signed my lease. As soon as I walked into the apartment I saw roaches everywhere! It was disgusting. I couldn’t move in for another week and even then I had to have pest control come at least once a month for the entire year I lived there.
I STRONGLY advise against renting here. This place is a scam! I’ve rented numerous apartments and homes, and I’ve never had a security deposit not returned. The Waterford not only kept my security deposit but also charged me an exorbitant $577 to replace carpet due to water damage. The water damage was near a window in my bedroom, and there was no way this could have been my fault.
I also rented an older, unrenovated apartment for a mere year. Upon my move-out date, I discovered that the backside of any furniture near the windows of my apartment was covered in black mold. This was a clear indication of leaking windows. I attempted to reach out to discuss my final statement, but I couldn’t get a call or email back. Finally, I had to drive to the office and request a proper email address that would receive a response. Unfortunately, I still didn’t receive a response from that email.
My final statement gave me only 30 days to pay this bill, and communication was completely absent. I sent a final email stating that I wouldn’t pay the statement unless I received a response. That did the trick, but I still couldn’t resolve the issue with them. I didn’t want this to damage my credit, and they took full advantage of that.
Before vacating, I deep cleaned my apartment and did no damage during my year-long stay. I was taken advantage of and charged unfairly. I wasn’t the only tenant who suffered from this. This caused extreme and unnecessary stress on me. Read all the reviews before signing a lease anywhere.

Worst experience had so far. Moved into apartment week ago and I can see roaches allover floor, chipped floor tile which is not repaired, and clogged bath tub. Asked about this repairs - after noticing within 48 hours of move in , no one is responding to take care of this requests after notifying this in check list to review and repair it. This is totally worst experience I have had with apartment management and maintenance.

I live here and would not recommend this place. Pretty crappy. Poor Maintenance service and Valet trash is a rip off / joke. Never seen such a poorly maintained apartment complex. Not renewing after my lease expires.

This is the worst apartment we ever stay. The apartment was not even ready for people to live and we requested multiple repairs on the first day we moved in. The carpet had dyes on it and was not well installed. We also observed animal furs on the carpet. Furthermore, there are millions of cockroaches in the apartment and you will have a chance to see cockroach migration at night. The property managers are the worst. You will never have a pleasant communication with them. Rude, mean, and useless. This is not even the worst part. We lived in three apartments. We always cleaned the carpets with carpet cleaner when we moved out. We received appreciation letters from the other two apartments, but not this one. They charged me $570 for the carpet replacement. When I asked them the reasons for the charge, they showed me a picture of the back of the carpet. They told me that that's because it was dirty in the back. The back of the carpet!!! However, they told us they wouldn't clean the dye on the carpet for us (when we moved in) because it was clean. I contacted them to request the picture of the evidence but they refused to send it to me. I guess they were afraid of me using those pictures to sue them. Stay away from this apartment!!!

I have experienced a lack of responsiveness and poor communication from the apartment community, which has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue and follow up on any requests, I have not received timely or adequate updates. This lack of efficiency and consideration for residents' time and concerns reflects poorly on the management and overall service quality of the apartment community.

This place has a bad roach infestation, do not move here if you are not willing to fight them your entire stay, with the construction of the apartments it seems like it would be impossible to keep them out. I don’t think anyone should be fooled into staying here without knowing roaches will be moving into their belongings

This is hands down the worst apartment complex, which I have stayed. The property manager, Mia Camacho is absolutely terrible. Every time I visited the office with questions or concerns, she was rude and ultimately useless for whatever issue my wife and I had, while staying here. There were times when I had to reach out to staff above her to get issues resolved, and I felt more comfortable talking with them than I ever did with Mia. This apartment also has a bad insect/roach issue, which was never resolved after multiple exterminator visits. The apartments are beautiful, but do not make up for the terrible experience we had while staying there. I really feel like it was a big scam.
