Absolutely terrible service. If the wind blows hard your internet will be down for days. They will give you every excuse in the book rather than splice a cable that takes two minutes. They will treat you like a moron and an entitled Karen for wanting your service to work.

The WiFi is horrible I’ve had it for 2 months and all it does is disconnect over and over I pay 100$ a month for WiFi alone and can never use it. I can only get winstrem and spectrum.

I've been a customer with charter Internet for over 15 years. If you are looking at this company to be your Internet provider I suggest you look else where. If they didn't have the monopoly on service in this area, I would have terminated this service long ago. I feel like I live in a third world country with this service as opposed to being in the US. They sneakily increase the rate on your account all the time, which then forces you to give up a full day of being on the phone with them being put on hold, repeating your info to several people as they pass you off to other reps. It's a joke. Then the service is constantly going out for several hours at a time. I would not plan on depending on this joke of a company for your Internet needs unless you want outages all the time and you like spending hours on the phone dealing reps and their condescending attitudes. Everything is someone else’s fault, constant outages around 12am. If your looking for a table internet connection look elsewhere even if it cost more it’s worth it.

Never had an issue with Spectrum. When construction cut fiber optics spectrum was there to fix quickly. Would choose spectrum over any other service
