Called to confirm that they were open day after Xmas. Person I talked to also confirmed they had the dryer part and set it at the front desk for me. I was in and out in under 5 minutes and the price was good. That's all you can ask from a parts store.

I ordered a meat drawer for my Bosch fridge and it came quickly and was the right part. I returned for another Bosch part I thought I needed and they explained to me why I didn't need that part afterall. What nice and efficient folks.
