I had an awful experience at this store. The staff at the front desk was rude, smelled like weed, and seemed uninterested in working. I was surprised to be charged an additional $2.50 for adding a small amount of tape to my package. I have visited other UPS stores in the past and have never encountered this kind of issue before.

Deshawn from UPS Grace Park in Cary. Was calm, kind, professional and great at his job. I was sending two returns back. One Amazon and another a different and he handled it seamlessly.

Update: the person who responds says they only charge $2. However, either the owner is misinformed about his own store, or the employees are overcharging. Regardless, they have years worth of negative reviews for a reason. :)This UPS store is the worst in the area. Most often, the employees are sitting on their phones when you walk in and do not even acknowledge you. Now, they are requiring a $5 tape charge to put one piece of tape on a box. This is despite the fact that people who have used this store for years, come with their boxes pre-labeled. This owner is greedy, the employees are lazy and they have a 3.6 star rating for a reason.

Came in today to use notary services and Christy was so nice and just overall made it easy and simple. I typically go to a UPS store closer to my home and it’s always a hassle to get anything done. But this location just overall had a nice feel, and was very clean. Everyone seemed very nice and knowledgeable. Great staff!

I would only ship and work with the UPS Morrisville...had a international critical ship and they knew how to handle it with care and arrived perfectly! They are wonderful ❤ Customers are their number one priority and it shows ..when it is busy I am amazed by how they handle the busyness with professionalism...thank goodness for UPS Morrisville...

I had excellent service at this store today and it made my day. A friendly young man named Rashy waited on me. He took the time to explain certain protocols and was very patient and kind. I appreciated the great service.

A wonderful group of people. They are very helpful and kind. This UPS location is a favorite of mine. If I could rate them higher I would give them more stars!! Today Josh and Cayenne assisted me.

This store used to be customer friendly store. Not with new ownership combined with staff at front desk.I was told to pay $2.50 extra for adding a little tape as clearly instructed by owner which was fine but the attitude in which I was told was not acceptable. Same goes with original shipping box Funda. Mine was arrived damaged but they would take my product without original box. I had to PAY for the big box which was costing close to $10 which was also fine but both problems could have been handled politely or keep a notice to customers, the owner need to take charge of this and write up the notice for extra tape charge and requiring original shipping package during return and instruct the staff not to show attitude to customers. Being a owner service oriented business I can tell the store is built because of customers and built on customer happiness and not the other way around.Hope the owner takes the message seriously and take necessary action.

Save yourself the headache and visit the Cornerstone location instead. Staff makes up own rules for having to place your item in a larger box regardless of the Amazon return instructions. Cornerstone location accepted package return with no hassle and questions.This location is more interested in upselling things like boxes or tape. Lady behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to get up from her seated position on the bench or remove her AirPod while telling me I needed to buy a box.

Lazy employees are more interested in their cell phones than helping customers. Go to the Park West store where they actually care to help customers.

Terrible customer service. Their system can't scan the ups label so instead of letting me reprint the label for free, they tried to charge me for it.

Said they charge $2 to tape a BAG closed. Not even a box. Literally would have taken a single strip of tape. I've been to countless UPS stores for shipping and returns, and this is the first time one has ever done this. Not to mention the woman working was borderline rude and huffed about having to get up out of her chair to do her job.
