“I’ve been using DJ’s pharmacy about 5 years now, and I never want to go back to a big retail pharmacy. Jin, Heather, and their whole team are absolutely amazing. They really care about their customers and go above and beyond. I have never had a pharmacist so kind, knowledgeable, and proactive. I highly recommend switching to DJs if you usually go to Walgreens or CVS. It is actually much faster, easier, and less of a hassle to have prescriptions filled at DJs in my experience. “I recently visited the Vitamin Shoppe at Brier Creek in Raleigh, NC, and the customer service was so much better this time.
I almost didn’t return to this location due to a lack of customer service during my first and second visits, but I knew they had the item I needed and I needed it quickly. I’m glad I gave it another chance.
The store has always been clean and well organized, and this visit the staff member was much more helpful and welcoming.
I also noticed the new 20-minute parking sign out front, which is a great addition. This location is in a very large shopping area where businesses share parking, so that definitely helps.
