“I’ve been in Cary NC about a year and this store is located between both my 2 jobs and my gym , can’t believe I just recently found out about it. This shop is exactly what I need as someone with a super busy schedule and fitness goals!My first visit I was greeted so kindly by the owner. It was me and another customer in the store. I was taken aback by the owners focus on his customers & recommending for the gentleman to NOT buy a specific product as it was not something beneficial to him specifically. Hardly do you see businesses value the health of their customers over money, speak truth to the products they actually need and take the time to get to know guests on a personal level.In a transactional world where money is so prioritized & greed dividing us all. “Hi to all those who see Ravi and his staff for their pharmaceutical needs! My name is Dr. Prashant K. Patel and I wish to leave a review as a physician who sees various patients from all walks of life. I am an Internal Medicine Physician, Diabetologist and what some may know as a "Primary Care Physician" at Cary Internal Medicine & The Diabetes Center. While I was on call I just receieved a call from a patient at our practice who is COVID-19+ with muscle aches, fevers, chills, cough all of which began today. While he is typically sees my physician partner I had the honor and privilege of assisting him this evening after he returned from a vacation in NYC of attending to his acute symptoms and reviewing his medical record while on call and advising him not only of his treatment regimen but also prescribing the Paxlovid antiviral. He proactively asked that the script be sent to Ravi at Swift Creek Pharmacy as it is late on a Sunday evening despite it being closed as he has confidence in both Ravi and his staff that they will fill the script expeditiously first thing Monday morning. It is rare that as an on-call physican the patient knows not only the local pharmacy but also the name of the pharmacist! However, at least a dozen of my patients have mentioned how they value Ravi's knowledge, empathy, and service. One of my patient's informed me that he was picking up a script at Ravi's pharmacy and the individual ahead of him did not have the money to pay him and he supplied her medication to her at NO COST! While it may have been that the patient may have been there a bit earlier or something else such stories are what the human spirit is all about! While I have not had the honor of meeting Ravi and his staff I can attest to the fact that there is only one pharmacist whom pateints from various backgrounds speak so highly. Best to Ravi and Swift Creek Pharmacy! Fortunate to have Swift Creek Pharmacy in our area!”

My friends 80-year-old grandmother who only speaks Spanish and does not know how to use technology very well was out of turmeric pills and asked me to get her some.While Bianca and Bemi told me they were sold out of it-they called two different vitamin shoppes in town and a different vitamin shoppe 15 minutes away pulled through for me and kept the turmeric pills on hand until I picked it up. “Today while I was looking for the right protein powder to get bulky as a goal, I asked one of the managers for help, and I asked him what kind of protein powder works best for bulking, and he said that dynamic gainer is the best one. I asked more questions about how much powder to take, and he's very knowledgeable about the protein powders. I thanked the dude, and I know there is one cashier in that store, but at least I love the customer service. Can't wait to go back to this store, and get ready to buy that protein powder for my muscles. Overall pretty great store, and good customer service that is knowledgeable.”

“I goofed when I ordered a supplement from Amazon and selected store pickup. I went to pick it up at the Apex GNC location and realized I bought a single bottle, not a twin pack. The lady who helped me price matched Amazon’s twin pack price and fixed my error with a smile on her face! She even said she enjoyed helping me, even though she had to take a few extra steps to prove match it since I already paid on Amazon. I can’t commend her enough! I wish I remembered her name, but she was working on Thursday 3/30 around noon, if management sees this review.”

“I am visiting my Dad and he needed to go to GNC to run an errand. GNC is the premier place for vitamins and herbal supplements and whatever natural products you want for a healthier lifestyle. The store was dead when we arrived, but Dad picked up what he needed. The staff member was very professional and assisted us with anything we needed. It turned out the store was out of one of the products Dad needed, so the staff member took my Dad's phone number and told him he would call him once the product came into the store. GNC is very impressive with their selection of products and you can find almost anything you need for vitamins. I personally do not shop at GNC unless I really need something, but it is a great store and would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to pick up some vitamins or herbal supplements.”
