This has to be the most dysfunctional pharmacy ever. We have been customers for years and it has continued to go downhill to the point where they have literally lost our prescriptions or said they were filled/ready yet when we got there they said they never filled them. Medications we get regularly have been out of stock the last few months and the staff are rude and simply will ignore you if you chose to take the drive thru. We're in the process of switching our scripts to another pharmacy.

I would give zero star if i could. I ordered photos. I called the contact number located on the store's website today around 6:20 pm. I waited on the call for 15-20 minutes regarding the status of my pickup, but no one answered. The customer service is terrible, especially considering they charged for the products.

Unprofessional and rude!! Ended up paying for something which was supposed to be free of cost. They realized the mistake after. However- they don’t want to refund money back now since it’s more than 10 days. Needless to say while conversation was rude and the associate kept muttering while I was walking away. Their system shows I paid 0$ as per the associate which I have no idea how was it manipulated. Unacceptable. Time to change pharmacy!!

Longest wait I’ve ever had at a pharmacy and that’s saying something.

Pharmacist made my son and I wait 30 minutes due to being on the phone. Just needed to approve the meds the tech had in a bag rung up. We had to leave and they didn’t care.

Incredibly friendly staff at checkout! Went the extra mile and checked the expiration date on my meds and explained how I could use my coupons to maximize savings. Would come again!

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Avoid. Terrible customer care and if you try to call you’ll be put on hold for 30+ minutes without any care for your time whatsoever. I’d give a zero if I could. Poor management 100%

I wish I could give zero stars. Pharmacist was rude and made us wait 30 minutes to then not fill the prescription because he was taking a break after being on the phone. This was my 3rd visit for trying to get the prescription. Each time techs just needed pharmacist to approve. Sad

There’s plenty of other Walgreens around so do yourself a favor and just go ahead and avoid this one.3 days later I’m still waiting on a same day pickup for printed photos. I went there in person, was told to come back the next day, called several times the next day and once I finally got someone on the phone, they told me they were too busy to check. I sent the order to the Walgreens on Tryon, they finished it in 2 hours.

Terrible experience each time. Never have prescription on time. Very long lines, I would recommend steering away from this location for the pharmacy.

Reviews don’t lie. You should expect nothing but complications and hours of waiting on hold over the phone. I’ve had a few instances where I drove to the store, waited in a long line, just to resolve an issue that could be done over the phone. I then have to drive back at a later time when the prescription is ready. I have to spend hours each month resolving issues and planning my day around picking up a prescription. Medications are obviously necessary for your health and wellness, but it seems like Walgreens lacks this awareness. I cannot imagine the negative impact they’ve had on folks who are too sick to call repeatedly or make trips to the store… folks who have a busy schedule… folks who cannot stand for long periods of time… folks who don’t have the knowledge, language, energy, ability to advocate for themselves to get medications they need.I wish I could say this is unique to this Walgreens. However, this has been my experience at every Walgreens Pharmacy location over the past 2 years. The staff, while pleasant and well trained, seem to be under visible distress. They’re inundated with a workload that simply cannot be done by the number of staff they have. I get my meds eventually, but not without guilt for supporting a business that clearly doesn’t value their employees or customers. It’s shameful.
