Even though this Walmart is not the closest one to my house, this Walmart is my go-to. The friendly staff there makes the Neighborhood Walmart more like a Home Walmart. The last time I went I was helped by a very kind-hearted staff woman named Leera. I will be coming back and telling my friends.

I had a very unpleasant and frustrating experience at this Walmart location today. Old lady who ever she is not worthy be at customer service. I went to return an item but she said we won’t accept returns without even scanning the code. This is very inappropriate. Walmart app shows item is eligible for return at any store but she doesn’t agree even I showed her the barcode but she didn’t listen and started walking

I had a very unpleasant and frustrating experience at this Walmart location today. I found a 60 count box of coffee pods on sale and proceeded to the check-out with my other groceries. Unfortunately the coffee pods rang up full price, so the cashier (who was very nice) called the floor lead over and he investigated by taking the box back to the aisle it came from. He verified that the price was lower than the regular price, but said he could not make the change and needed to get a manager involved. He disappeared again, and while he was gone, a line of customers was starting to accumulate behind me. The floor lead returns with a manager following, and she says, "we cannot price match that." To which I tried to explain that this is not a price match situation, this is the price listed in your store and on your shelf. She said, "well sometimes product gets moved into the wrong location." Again I tried to explain that I double checked the tag and verified that it was for the box of coffee pods in question, and I only picked out that particular box because it was on sale. She treated me like I was doing something wrong, and I was extremely embarrassed in front of the other customers. She told me she was not going to change it from the original price. She did not personally take the time to verify that the item is reduced price on the shelf in her store (which it definitely was) and she treated me like I was doing something wrong when I was simply trying to purchase an item that was on sale. After she walked away, the very nice cashier asked me if I still wanted the item, and honestly I was too embarrassed to think straight, but I told her I did not want it at full price, and that I would have picked a different coffee if this one hadn't been on sale.
I am very dissatisfied with how this situation was handled by the manager, and I generally prefer to not be publicly humiliated for thinking that I found a good deal.

I had a customer assistant void an item from my order. He then asked me why I picked up the item if I didn’t want it, and told me to use my eyes before buying something. He was a young white guy, tall, with black hair, glasses, and a beard. I reported him to the Walmart headquarters, and they never had anyone follow it up. I will never shop there again.

Great selection of products and quiet shopping experience EXCEPT the self checkout stations are NASTY! At least have something for the customers to clean them. Also, I have bought milk from the great value brand that I can’t consume because it tastes and smells like fish without even being expired.

Nobody at the customer service desk at 4pm. Was told nobody is going to come after waiting a few minutes at an empty counter. Terrible store.

Store employee, Amanda showed excellent customer service. When I asked her where the pickles were located she walked me to the exact spot where the pickles were. She's extremely polite and kind.

I have no idea how this Walmart has such a high rating. This is the dirtiest, most low-quality Walmart I have ever been to. Big dumpster bins were all over the floor. The employee I asked help from either didn't know English or didn't care to talk. The cashier told me she doesn't believe in the COVID vaccine.

Absolutely awful. Tried to return an item a lady was on her phone texting at customer service said she wasn’t taking any returns. This place is poorly managed. I don’t see how this even gets. A one star

Buyer's be ware! On the last two occasions that my husband and myself have been grocery shopping we have been approached by a woman/women from other countries trying to solicit money to purchase groceries. They walk around with groceries in their carts asking everyone for money. We do not mind helping people that are genuinely in need and have on multiple occasion's assisted strangers but this is just ridiculous and ruins the whole shopping experience. Walmart can be crazy enough without this going on and with inflation its just frustrating!!!
