Very cool and unique gym experience here. Training up for a Spartan race this was my go to place. Staff was friendly and they literally had every obstacle I could practice on. The yard out back is very cool too. I hope this place expands. We need this on the eastern side of the state. Keep it up! Highly recommend!

My friends and I just took an OCR class with Justin, the owner, as our instructor. He was a fantastic teacher and very kind!! I would recommend!
