Seating here in the lobby for 45 minutes with only customer and no one in front of me, Here to open the account and looks like either they are very busy or very slow. Won’t be coming back to this branch. This was my to go branch for 14 years but no more.

This branch is the only reason I'm a Wells Fargo customer for the past 5+ years.I see several bad reviews about Wasim, but to me, he is the kind of person I want to interact with---no nonsense talk, just get the work done kinda attitude.
