This branch is the only reason I'm a Wells Fargo customer for the past 5+ years.I see several bad reviews about Wasim, but to me, he is the kind of person I want to interact with---no nonsense talk, just get the work done kinda attitude.

Tried to deposit a foreign fund check. They told me they can’t do it because they can’t get into the room where the “stamp” is. Try another location. How convenient for me.

Visited today for notarization. I had booked an appointment for 10 am, reached there at 9:45 am, at 10:15, I was notified that the only banker in this branch was busy with some incident, and it will take time. So even after booking an appointment with them, I had to waste my 30 minutes and then walk out without my job done. Very unprofessional.

Thomas the Banker needs a Promotion! Assisted me with all my questions! And the other lady at the desk I don't know her name but I will get it when I go back and update, she has always been nice!

No one available to check on you when you enter the branch, I have to wait for more than 10 minutes after my appointment time, to get to meet the associate who took care of my account open process.

The “Branch Manager” Wasim Bashir is by far the rudest individual I have ever encountered. I initially waited over 30 minutes to be seen. Once seated with Wasim I was very transparent and clear with the things I needed. Wasim did not listen and/or understand my requests. After calling and waiting for the wrong department, he tells me I need to wait at his desk while he processes “shipment”. He returns 20 minutes later and refuses to help me without reason. I asked to escalate my concerns and he responds by asking me to leave. He was rude, loud and overbearing the entire time. While waiting in the lobby to speak with corporate customer service I also witnessed him yell and scream at another customer. I’m not sure how he was hired, much less promoted.

Just a heads up to others that the drive-thru tellers do not have a lane with a drawer. You have to use one of those tube devices. My hands function poorly and I always use the drawer at drive-thrus because the tube devices are difficult. Nice enough people but I'll not return to this location.

Overall I have not had too many issues, but everytime I interact with Michael in any capacity he seems annoyed, like he could not be bothered having to do his job, he is condescending at best, after speaking to him today, if I ever need to call the bank and if he answers I will ask to speak to another banker.
