When you move from another state it's important to find a good doctor. Someone who cares about their patients. My husband Tim and I found that doctor when we found Dr. Kareem. Dr. Kareem is the best Primary Doctor I have ever had in NC. She is cares about your health and you as a patient. You will receive warm, excellent, and professional care from all employess in the office. I live in Fayetteville and drive 1 1/2 hours to go with her.

I made an appointment two weeks ago online for tomorrow at 8:30. I recently moved to the area and I have a brand new job. They called and emailed me that day to confirm and make sure they have my correct information. Today the office calls and tells me they didn’t “realize”the doctor wasn’t going to be in the office can you make the office appointment to telehealth? I said that was fine as long as she can refill medications I just really needed since I just moved from New York. “Ok no problem” They call me later maybe within 15 minutes telling me they can’t see the telehealth and I need to reschedule for next week. I can’t do that, I just moved here I just got a brand new job. It’s completely unprofessional. I work for a doctors office there’s no way you wait till the day before to let the patient know you aren't available.

Dr. Kareem is an excellent doctor for my family. Very patient and kind, plus the biggest benefit is that she actually listens to the patient. She knows the history and is not a drug pusher; always concerned. And she actually calls the patient when sharing test/lab results, something that has become very rare. If you are looking for a doctor 'the way they used to be' (caring, take their time, listen, follow up, etc.), this practice is for you.

I am very thankful to have chosen Dr. Kareem as my primary doctor. She is very caring and compassionate about helping you to get better. When I was in the hospital in the emergency room she call to check on me. Also, she contacted me when I got out and follow up with an appointment week later. So I am pleased to have doctor that is to the point and cut no corners when it comes to your health. Office staff is wonderful too.
