Clean, safe, well lit, not as busy as I would have thought. I have the black card membership, and I'm able to use this while I work out of town and it feels like home. All the admins at the desk are always chipper and helpful.

Just a heads up, your credit can drop points if you don’t pay this gym membership every month, also, they will take the money out even if you don’t have any money in your account, go somewhere else that isn’t this desperate for money.

The gym? Great. The people who go there? Awesome. If you want to join, though, be prepared to join for life. I had to result to cancelling my entire debit card because for 10 months I've been trying to cancel my membership, and there's nobody to come to the door, nobody ever answers the phone, and nobody replies to voicemails. It really is a shame, because this could be a great place if there was anyone there to actually look after it.

Love this place. Staff is always super funny and helpful. Workouts are always good and rarely any wait time for machines. I’m glad I switched from the community center in mount airy.

Does anyone even work there? No answer. Ever. On to the next gym. With all the other previous comments it does not seem like a good gym anyways. Disappointed to say the least!

Called twice,both times before 10:00, return phone didn't happen until around 4:00. If this is how management thinks it should be run good luck. Went down the road and signed up at your competitors gym. Maybe having a full time staff is a good thing!

My wife and I joined the gym a couple months before selling our house. We were told that if we moved the we would be released from the membership. We called multiple times and left messages. That was in late October early November. We received a bill from collections for well over $300. I have still been unable to make contact and am no longer living in the area. Do not join this gym, l am contacting the BBB.

I've called a couple of times to see if I could get a monthly rate since I travel for work and I can't seem to get ahold of anybody so I guess I'm going to go down the street to the competition since they actually answered the phones. It's a shame because I prefer a 24 hour place, but sounding like this place might be more trouble than it's worth.

One star is far too generous. I joined back in July and cancelled shortly after. It’s not the gym I needed for my family. Based on the agreement I could cancel and receive a refund of at least 90% of what I paid. Well I submitted my cancellation notice called to confirm it was taken care of and was rushed off the phone. I waited about 10 days assuming it could take time for my refund to come through. Nothing. No refund. I called back numerous times, left messages, and even showed up. They don’t answer phone calls, return messages, and are not usually there at the hours stated on their website. Terrible, terrible service. I finally get a hold of Naomi? Spelling may be off. She is the one that runs it and let me tell you….. That is not where she should be. Having managed many gyms myself (out of state) she should not be the face of a gym. Her attitude was rotten, no customer service skills whatsoever. She told me they don’t typically give refunds…. I pointed out that per the agreement she needed to. She was not happy and was really trying not to give me my refund that I was entitled to. Finally she told me she would give me a partial refund of 25% less of what I paid. The total she gave me was way off and not even close to 25% less. Either way I picked up my refund, she did give me the 90% of what I originally paid but not be before telling me it was “not worth crying over” to which I responded to with “it does not cost anything to be a decent person”. The unfortunate part is that this is the only commercial gym in town. There are a few other community gyms you can try but people join here for the convenience of the hours. My suggestion to you is look elsewhere if you can and dodge this bullet. If you have no choice make sure you read your agreement and understand it fully or you will be taken advantage of. Good Luck
