Every employee at this store is rude and aggressive. They will roll their eyes, laugh at you. It's like they're always about to explode, cry, just some kind of childish behavior on the clock. One employee here randomly told us he hated his customers last week while we were trying to make a purchase. Just weird people. In Mount Airy, you expect nice people. At Mount Airy AT&T you get bad service and bad product knowledge. The people at the Mount Airy DMV and the Walmart complain about the Mount Airy, NC AT&T store employees. It's that bad. This store needs major customer service training, an employee guidance counselor, Mr. Rogers videos, positive affirmation tapes, and just keep trying to get these people to stop acting like their world is over because they have to work at AT&T Mount Airy. At present your attitude is much better suited for working at the jail, the chicken plant, or Waffle House. When just showing up with a frown is the maximum you can do, that's so sad. If it's that bad, just quit. It's Mount Airy, not Guantanamo, smile.

Christian is very nice and polite. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. Wish everyone in customer service was like him. We only go when he is working.

Only giving it 1 star because you have too! I have been an AT&T customer for almost 3 years! To save money since I am currently paying almost 400 a month for 3 lines unlimited and only 2 phones financed, I was trying to switch to a different company. This process started 4 days ago. After paying my final bill and the phones off I finally obtained my unlock code. since I had phones that were in good condition I didn't need new phones just was looking to save money. The company I switched to was unable to unlock my phone because the unlock number wouldn't work, we call customer service they said to call Samsung. Upon calling Samsung they told us this is a NETWORK unlock code not a phone unlock code we would need to contact the network provider (at&t) I went into this store! The Mt Airy location. The associate was helpful as she could be I guess. For about 15 minutes she messed with it and could not get it to work. She finally spoke with her manager after i asked her if there was anyone else she could ask (who btw sat in the back the entire time even though there was an elderly lady that came in right behind me and stood there and waited.) She comes too say that there is nothing they can do. By this time I am LIVID to put it nice. And I did absolutely raise my voice when I asked what I was supposed to do since I now have an active service with another company but am unable to get out from under At&t without purchasing a phone! Pretty already long story short- The manager was absolutely horrible she came and not only hollered at me they also refused to help me by contacting customer service and i was forced to buy phones just to avoid paying another months service with them and have a phone today! Would not use at&t for service period. I switched and will be saving 200 a month.! Same exact plan.

AT&T store in Mount Airy NC was a pleasure to use. Heaven and Ash are wonderful and so pleasant and the ONLY competent AT&T employees I have met! Avoid AT&T at Friendly center at all costs!

This store has always made it easy for me to do my tasks at. 3 different people and I would go back to any of them. Very detailed and professional work from knowledgeable staff is always one of the best green flags!

Nice store and I was greeted promptly when I walked in. Tori was very efficient at her job and friendly too. Other staff members helped to, as I was trying to get out of the awful T-Mobile business. Very pleased with the experience.

This store's employees told me I could put an eSim on my phone and "try" service out (live in mountains) and cancel within 14 days at which point id transfer my entire family over. Service WAS better and planned on switching from Verizon to ATT. But when I called to cancel TWO days into 14 day cycle, I was told I would still be billed an entire billing cycle. I'd rather have ZERO service than give ATT any more of my money. Will post this experience as many places I can to make sure no one else makes the mistake of moving service to ATT!!
