Will never go there again. Searched for hrs for something to wear to a wedding. Store is stocked with clothing that could have come from Mexico. Vivid bright colors with ruffles on everything. Would have looked great for cinco De Mayo but not a wedding. Service was, buy if you like, we could care less. Very little effort to work with the customer.

My kids and I come to Mount Airy, NC, on vacation. Stopped in at Cato. Brook was so amazing and such a blessing!! Keep up the good work and amazing customer service!! Thank you. Sheri and Bailey Tennessee!!

Was extremely disappointed with the customer service today. Went to spend my birthday gift cardand one of the employees followed my daughter and I to the point of almost being stepped on when we checked out. She was absolutely awful and made us feel like we shouldn't be in there. Funny thing I had planned the trip based on what I had found on the website prior. Needless to say I most likely will NOT be shopping at this location for a while. Come on Cato you can do better.

My 13 year old daughter needed a pair of black slacks. We'd had zero luck at Belk. In desperation I called Cato and spoke with Pat. She pulled a size 2 and 4 and told me they would be waiting for us. Pat was super helpful. We were in and in 10 minutes !!!Excellent customer service.

I love bib overalls and it's hard to find them at a good price. I was looking through the latest Cato fashions and there is the short bibs. Hit the jackpot, but I thought haven't seen the price yet and what will the shipping be. Well the price shocked me and it was free shipping to local store, so yep I got them. I have found several things I want and the prices are better that some of the local popular shopping malls. So if there's a special occasion coming up or not and you want a new outfit then head over to Cato I'm sure you will be able to find that special outfit for that occasion and find a few more for maybe future outings.
