Goodwill Store and Donation Center offers a wide variety of items including clothing, shoes, accessories, furniture, toys, home décor, electronics, books, and household items at affordable prices. The store receives new donations hourly, making each visit feel like a new experience with unique, one-of-a-kind items. The clothing selection is generally good, with many items priced fairly—tops at around $5 and dresses at $6—although shoppers are advised to check for missing buttons, holes, stains, or dry rotted elastic. The store is well-organized, especially noted at a specific location where high-quality brand items like J. Crew and Loft are available. Customers appreciate the excellent deals and the variety of items, often finding good clothing and accessories that receive compliments. Donations are welcomed and appreciated, with staff being friendly and helpful in handling donations, contributing to the community’s benefit. Since 1926, Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina operates as a nonprofit organization, using proceeds from sales to fund employment and training programs that help many people find jobs and achieve financial stability. It is recognized as a highly efficient charity where donations go further. While shopping experiences are generally positive, some customers have experienced rude customer service over the phone, which was disappointing. Overall, Goodwill is appreciated for its good finds, fair prices, and its role in supporting the community through donations and employment programs.
Nothing to do goodwill but the kids running around are crazy. I got hit twice in an hour. Parents take care of your brats. Don't let then go wild

Lots of stuff to look at. This is a place you will have to take your time and look at everything. Some of the prices are too high but overall good job.

Wasn't very friendly. Prices were high especially for used free donations
