I miss the old days when the mall was the happening place to be. It looks good and clean. I miss JC Penny.

I shop here for the Bargain Bin Store. Two anchor stores.... Hobby Lobby and Belk are here also, otherwise it's pretty much a vacant mall. Great place to walk laps on rainy days.

I live in Sparta NC about an hour from here, so worth the drive! When I lived in Walburg, there was Hanes Mall, about 25 minutes from me...I drove 45 mins to Mayberry!
Mayberry Mall is a shopping mall located just outside Mount Airy, North Carolina on the east side of U.S. Highway 52. It was named after the fictitious town of Mayberry in which The Andy Griffith Show was based. There are three anchor stores, Belk, Hobby Lobby and Shoe Show Encore.
