I’m so very please with LA Nail! I should have came here first before the place I went, I want give names but they did a horrible job!!!!! Put nails on that were to big for my fingernails did color all wrong left very upset came straight to LA Nails to see if they could fix a they did an amazing job! 3 of the staff discussed on how to solve this issue since I just got a new set put on without removing it they took their time in trying to fix someone else’s mistake!!! UNDER TOTALLY NEW MANAGEMENT and it shows!! I left so happy they fixed the issue, couldn’t recommend them enough!! This shall be my go to nail salon from now on. The first is what I asked for the 2nd 2 pics is what they did the last is the fix La nails did! Ofc they couldn’t fix the nails that were to big unless they started over but non the less they fixed someone else mistake!!!!

Me and my husband stopped by there yesterday, the lady said $25 for a pedicure. Today I told me $42. Theu charged me $17 more than what they said. There was another lady there they did the exact same to her. So they are just charging what they want to charge people.

The hair wash and facials were both $35, but for the cheap price the service was fantastic and super relaxing, would definitely recommend and I will be coming back.

I went a couple months ago and developed an ingrown toenail and infection on my big toe and I know it was from them cause she filed so hard and made the side of my toe bleed and only my big toenails hasn’t grown back since. I’ve went to them before with no problems but this has me scarred to ever go back. Never again!

Just left this place not to long ago about 10 minutes ago and when I say she was so rude and yelled at me I almost wanted to back hand her I went 2 times before this and service was exceptionally ok but this go round was my last I made her take off what she did complete and went elsewhere crazy thing I always tip when I go here she lost that $25 tip

I cannot give zero stars! We took my daughter and niece to get their nails done the lady doing my daughter could not speak English or understand it very well when I got a text to come in my daughter was in tears saying this is not what I told her I wanted and lady started yelling at her. After the fact she was very cold to her while finishing her service which was still now what she wanted and the lady kept telling my niece to translate she obviously couldn’t either. My wife finally said yell at me don’t you be yelling at kids I’m the adult. Terrible experience at that point they wasn’t interested in doing their best work so both left one unhappy and one with chips already bc they didn’t dry it. They also do not mind we feel like talking about you and laughing. We later learned from our niece that the lady was smacking my daughter’s hands multiple times. Never been somewhere that had such a bad experience

Nasty dirty place. No music, no heat, run down. Technicians had nothing to say. I won’t go back based on ridiculous pricing. Didn’t have any samples of dip colors.
