Taylor saved Metro of Mr. Airy on this day. My phone was completely messed up due to T-Mobile lies and ignorance. Thanks to Taylor all is well and Mt. Airy still stands.

Good deals , good people , they try their best considering the location they are in and the public makes it tough. They still have good service and go up beyond to try to help their customers best of their ability. I’d recommend this service for sure .

I only posted one star simply to leave a review. Never again!! I went to this store today to get my phone changed over and just let me tell you. Not only did that store lose my business but I WILL NOT BE doing business with that store or any other metro store. The girl behind the counter was rude obnoxious and completely out of hand. When we call corporate after being belittled degraded and straight out cussed we were told they could not do anything with their employees. So… if in corporates eyes these actions are ok then they obviously do not need my business.

Switched to a different company. They always complain if wanted to pay bill in store with debit card. Extra charge to pay with cash which makes no sense.
