“I would like to say first of all that me. And my wife have been with US cellular for under 20 years. And in those 20 years, we've had good service and good helpful people. I went into the local store today. Which has changed over to T-Mobile? I need some help with my plan and my phone and all this changeover stuff. I was saddened to hear that the store is closing, and all the staff will be losing their jobs and have to reapply. I would like to say first. Thank you, antona for all the years, you have helped me with my phone and also my wife, my mother and my brother-in-law, I think at 1 time my father and mother-in-law before they passed. And the rest of the staff . A lot have gone owned to other places and some are still there. I guess what I'm trying to say is. I'm grateful for the home town feeling. Let me and my wife have gotten there each time. We visited the store and I am legally blind also The staff has always helped me. It's hard to find this these days and time. “Aiden was so helpful! I had issues with customer service as well as other associates in the store telling me to call customer service trying remove the Apple account that had been locked from doing a cold calling job?
Side Note if you have an Apple account don’t do it?
