“I would like to say first of all that me. And my wife have been with US cellular for under 20 years. And in those 20 years, we've had good service and good helpful people. I went into the local store today. Which has changed over to T-Mobile? I need some help with my plan and my phone and all this changeover stuff. I was saddened to hear that the store is closing, and all the staff will be losing their jobs and have to reapply. I would like to say first. Thank you, antona for all the years, you have helped me with my phone and also my wife, my mother and my brother-in-law, I think at 1 time my father and mother-in-law before they passed. And the rest of the staff . A lot have gone owned to other places and some are still there. I guess what I'm trying to say is. I'm grateful for the home town feeling. Let me and my wife have gotten there each time. We visited the store and I am legally blind also The staff has always helped me. It's hard to find this these days and time. “Customer Representative, Christopher, in the Mount Airy, NC, store was excellent when he helped me change my mobile service and Internet to AT&T. The store is nice and clean. The service was phenomenal. There was a bit of waiting the last and final time I was there but I did not mind a bit. I recommend this store to anyone wanting to start out change their service.”
