Worst internet company on Earth! The internet works fine....if you can get them to come install it! We moved and needed our service transferred. It's a simple process that only takes a few min. We've been waiting almost two weeks. Yesterday I took an entire day off work waiting on a scheduled install that never happened. Installer never showed... never called.... nothing. I lost an entire day's pay. There is a disconnect between CenturyLink and the subcontractors they send to come do your install. The communication with customer is awful...Buyer beware! Do not use CenturyLink!
