It is a cute & clean place over all. Have very few animals there for purchase or adoption but they have a ton of supplies and offer services, like grooming/pet care.

My wife and I carry our two dogs there once a month. They always do a great job with them so no complaints there. My complaint is that twice we've called to make an appointment for them and twice they said bring them on in. Both times when we get there they say we're to busy and we need to make appointments. I totally understand this but they need better communication with whoever answers the phone and to the employees in the grooming room. They was very busy today. So it was a wasted trip just to get there and make appointments for later today. Other than this they do a very good job with our dogs and are caring.

All the staff here at Pet Sense are awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We struggled to find a groomer for our new pup Pixie. We gave it a go with Pet Sense. All I can say is WOW! Emma was Pixies groomer. Pixie is wirery and busy, so we figured this would be a challenge for Emma. This was the most amazing grooming I have ever seen. Looks like a totally different pup. Emma put us at ease and was so nice. She had skills like no other groomer I have seen. I highly recommend you take you pup here and ask for Emma. She is the best. Thank you Emma and Pet Sense.❤️

The manager here is great,
He asked us if he could help us find anything as we were browsing and jumped right on the register since the cashier was stocking some shelves nearby. She was also polite and started our way, but the manager was closer.
