“It's so refreshing to walk into a pharmacy where you are greeted by your first name, almost everyone knows you, and you get your medicines right away with no hassles. This is a great pharmacy and they follow up on what you need and take care of you. Couldn't be happier! At this writing I've only been a Gates Pharmacy customer for a week! If you're in the Mount Airy or surrounding you should come check them out. I haven't seen kind and friendly service like this for a LOOOONNNGGG Time.”

“I can't believe it's taken me this long to leave a great review, when they've been taking care of me and my son for a few years, now! Tim and his staff are absolutely *excellent* and I have yet to experience anything close to this level of service. Not only are they quick about filling prescriptions, but if you have special needs/requests, they are extremely accommodating. The staff knows me by my voice on the phone at this point, and it makes an incredible difference when you're feeling badly to have that level of kindness when you're getting your medication. Tim has also been extremely helpful and informative about any and every single thing I've ever asked him. He takes the time to listen and really thinks about the best advice he can provide. I've been incredibly thankful for them for a very long time now! If I have a choice in the matter, I'll never be going back to filling prescriptions at a Walgreens, etc!”
