“Hard to get in and out of. Huge building but tiny post office. Line out the door and only one employee. Plenty of parking. Not handicap or wheelchair accessible but could be mistaken. Lots of steps out front.”

“I have to give a shout out to Ginger, an employee at Cana, VA post office for going above and beyond to get my Priority Express package (medicine, without which i would've been in trouble) to me, after it appeared that it was going to be a whole day late. She managed to convince someone in Roanoke to personally drive the package to my mailbox that same day! Employees like these, who really care about their customers, are outstanding, in my opinion, and deserve to be recognized! Thanks Ginger!”
