How the hell you gonna give me a broken ass taco, with no meat ? Seriously i gotta know who makes a broken taco,doesnt put meat in it and thinks to themselves “this is fine”. On top of that not a single one of my damm tacos had meat in it, not just the broken one. Im just absolutely baffled and pretty pissed.

Sit in drive thru 40 minutes I think they need to have more then 2 people working and front cashier only worry’s about people inside then I get my food and it’s cold

took over 10 minutes to make my food when my order was the only order they had. received a lazily slopped together order that was improperly put together, the mac n cheese was slopped in the box with the rest of the food. manager tried to tell me its “always been made this way” when i’ve visited sheetz for years and the mac is always in a container, not touching the rest of my food which is technically cross contamination. manager on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I order a bagel with cream cheese, one line of cream cheese on the bagel... this happen Saturday 7/20 around 4:15pm... The two young gentlemen behind the counter need to be trained better. Everything behind the counter was a joke to them

We stopped at this Sheetz for food and gas on our way home from vacation. We typically choose Sheetz locations because the bathrooms are clean and the stores are clean, and there’s a good selection of MTO food. This location was by far the dirtiest location I’ve ever been inside. We got fountain drinks for our road trip, there was not a single place on the counter that wasn’t covered in spilled soda of every color and in varying degrees of dryness and stickiness. The bathrooms were equally disgusting, my little one and I decided to go in the larger stall together, and the dried fecal matter on the door should have been my first sign to skip that stall, but safety is priority so we cautiously went inside and before I sat down I checked for toilet paper - both rolls empty. So we go to two separate stalls after that. Both equally gross, so we came out and told my husband we will go find another location or a rest stop on the way home instead. He said that was the same experience he had in the men’s restroom. We did a self checkout for our snacks and drinks, pumped our gas and got out of there, now we are back on the road and hoping to find a rest stop soon because even the dirtiest rest stop has to be more sanitary than this Sheetz location

I see that you are passing all the reviews along but apparently nothing is being done. Stopped at this Sheetz today, and I was in complete dismay when I pulled in and seen all the trash all over the ground around the door, and down the sidewalks the trash cans were all full the bathrooms we’re disgusting. I stopped for a fountain drink, but after seeing all the filth I was scared and ended up getting a bottle drink instead.

Nice slushy selection but the rest of this store was filthy. The floors were disgusting in the main store and the bathrooms were down right nasty. Every counter had messes and the whole place needed a thorough cleaning.

We stopped in for gas and bathroom break. The bathrooms were a mess at the time we were there. A ton of people inside and outside so possible this happened within minutes.
A lot of people grabbing food so it must be a popular place. We don’t have any Sheetz in Indiana so this was probably our first time visiting one.
