“I have used this company twice for service needs in Statesville, and both experiences have been excellent. Their response time and communication have been outstanding, allowing us to minimize downtime.
On the first service call, they replaced an air bag on one of our tractors at a customer location, and the truck was back on the road within 2 hours of my initial call.
Today, they responded to a local truck stop to remount and inflate a tire for us. From my initial call to the repair being completed, it took less than 45 minutes. The truck stop had 12 trucks waiting for repairs, so due to the extended delay, we requested permission to use an outside vendor on their property.
Communication was exceptional on both occasions. The technician contacted the driver directly with an estimated arrival time, while dispatch kept me informed throughout the process. Based on these experiences, I would highly recommend this company for their responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service.”
“Honest and more than fair. Wayne is great. He ran diagnostics on my truck and offered solutions without pressuring me to let him start working right away. I’m sure if he had found anything unsafe or dangerous he would have wanted me to get it fixed ASAP. When I do decide on getting repairs done I will be returning to his garage and I highly recommend him.”

Aaron arrived within a short time and was as professional and easy going as you could be. He repaired my problem quickly and I was on my way in a very short period of time. He not only towed the motorhome but also the trailer we were towing with it. He made sure everything was done correctly and safely. He also went above and beyond by taking my wife and I to our hotel while the motorhome is being worked on.
