I have been a customer for 12 years and today is my last day. The cell phone signal has been going downhill for the past two years. I have used Wi-Fi calling to help alleviate the issues, but ultimately the lack of service in non-Wi-Fi areas has proven over and over how unreliable US Cellular is. Another issue that has arrived is the poor customer service. I spoke with several people today and it was not a great experience. The store was very unhelpful with helping me transition my account. I understand that it’s frustrating to see customers leave, but you should never make it personal. I wasn’t leaving because of bad customer service, but I’m definitely not coming back because of bad customer service.

Currently not happy about having to pay out the behind for some crappy service that does me barely any good. The kicker is me just paying my bill and my service being cut for whatever reason. I just paid my bill and my service got interrupted…. Yall don’t even bother with US cellular especially if you’re in Mount airy. This service is a giant joke

Do not get the mobile wireless internet if you live in Mount airy. It hardly works and I only used it for 8 hours and took it back to cancel and still got charged a bill of $34 for 8 hours of use. No compensation at all

Last wednesday, I upwarded to a samsung twenty four and I had nothing but issues with the phone.The first time I ever had issues of the samsung product and sunday, I took it back and told them what was going on.They gladly returned it for me And said Monday, come back and we'll get you a new one. So I went back Monday and Antoine, was there to help me in less than 15 minutes? My problem was solved. I was out the door I would like to thank Chris Donna and Heather Donna and Heather stayed Sunday 30 minutes after closing trying to help me before we come to the conclusion of replacing the unit. It is hard to find good healp these days and people who are willing to help you. I would just like to say again. Thanks. I have been a customer of US cell 20 years. I cannot see myself going anywhere else. Thanks sincerely, mike ayers

Misty was very rude and hung up on me when I asked for corporates number. No one is any help, I was told 4 different things before getting to the store about an upgrade and then they say I don’t qualify when the website says I do. You don’t even have good service in the us cellular store. Worst company ever and worst service phone wise and customer service wise.

Chris was great to work with when getting my new iPhone. He was clear and precise about what my options, and was eager to help! Not only did he provide great customer service, but he was quick in getting me in and out of the store.Once we completed processing the order, he installed my screen protector and a brand new case.I love my new phone and he convinced me to stay with US Cellular! If you go in, work with Chris.

Terrible customer service! They made excuses about needing to do their job of transferring over data from phones. Then still failed to do so, I had to go home do it myself and drive back, because they had set up the service wrong. All they did was make excuses!

Antoine Stewart and Mark Dillard are excellent employees. They both have superb customer service skills. I'm immensely satisfied with the way I have been helped by these two gentlemen regarding my service. I recommend this place to anyone who needs good service and a helping hand. Regarding my cell phone service, it is kinda spotty around town(Mt.Airy,NC). I couldn't go wrong with them. Verizon barely has reception here. I tend to get better reception in Winston Salem, NC than I do in Cana, VA with this service. If you ask me if i would recommend this service to anyone, I would say yes depending on your situation. I only pay $20 a month thru a "basic promotion" plan, bring your own line. This is by far cheaper than anything verizon or t-mobile has to offer. Like I said I couldn't get better reception with Verizon, so for me it's a no brainer. I've never had t-mobile.Thank you again Antoine Stewart and Mark Dillard for your fantastic service! I greatly appreciate it!

I’m giving a 3 star review but do not buy this case from them by Kate spade. My phone dropped only 3 feet once and the back of it is shattered. On the front of package it said 10 feet drop protection. Tried to pull up warranty website and it’s not working. I bought a tried and true otter box, which always gets the job done. Shouldn’t sell a defective case at a phone store. We rely on them to sell dependable protective products. Disappointing it’s a 1100 dollar phone.
