Tried to get vaccines via on line appointment here twice. The first appointment they did not have the vaccine, no call no text. Two hours wasted. The second appointment, the vaccines were frozen and was told I would have to wait. was assured my place in line would be saved. When I came back, there were ten people in front of me who had later appointments than me. Staff did nothing Another three hours wasted. Would give it zero if I could.

This is the slowest drive thru pharmacy I have ever been too. Also there is some of the rudest staff there. Not all the staff is that way.

I hate this Walgreens the pharmacist is rude every time I go in there. He looks down on certain people, but this is the only pharmacy around where I live that can order my med. I have Called the corporate office and nothing has been done with the pharmacis.

Walgreens has this habit of having poor customer service here. The employees seem very scattered and act as if they don't care if you shop with them or not. So "listen" to them and don't. This evening I went in to pick up my photos I had printed and received the multiple email reminders about. I checked out and the lady bypassed my ability to enter in my phone number to access my account. When she saw I was trying to put it in, she had to clear out the total, huffed, and told me I could enter it in then. When I paid, I asked for a receipt and she said "You'll get a digital one" and quickly moved on to the next customer, which was the shift lead, William. I exited the store and kept checking my email for this "digital" receipt. Nothing. I called in and the lady at the register answered the phone. She said the receipt would take a minute or it could take up to an hour to be delivered. (Side note, it's been well over an hour and yet, no email with a "digital" receipt.) I asked to speak to the manager and the lady said they had left for the day. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that the shift leader was there and William answered. William, being the shift leader, was unable to provide any assistance nor was he able to even tell me the customer service number to Walgreens. Do yourself a favor, skip this Walgreens and get your items, photos, and prescriptions elsewhere because they truly don't care.

Have been trying to give this place another chance and I have had just a horrible experience every time I come here. And they never have my medicine ready when I give them days before
