My wife came bye to get her medicine today and this makes twice y'all have done this to her but refused to give her medicine because she didn't have her co-pay thank God the woman was in the store and paid it for her. I half to be honest it pisses me off so bad seeing my wife come the store with tears coming down her face because of y'all. You better be glad I'm trying to be a better person because I would have came into the store and let y'all have a piece of my mind. She has lung cancer and I pray for God to put you in her situation. Shame on y'all I will tell everyone I know how you refuse to give medicine to her

The pharmacy never has my medication ready even though i call it in the day before. This is not the first or second time this has happened either but it is the last time.

I live in Hillsville and this is my preferred pharmacy even though the CVS is closer. They can get busy and are sometimes short-staffed, but they’ve always treated me with respect. I do all my vaccines and blood draws here and they’ve always gone smoothly.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my 61 years. They do everything possible to not do their job and find anything they can not to refill your prescription. One pharmacist there named Kelly does stuff just to spite the patient. I would rather have teeth pulled without any medication than have to deal with this place every month.
