I’ve been trying to get in touch with the pharmacy for two days. When I call the listed phone number I am connected to a call center. The gentleman I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. He then connected me with another call center. I went through the entire situation again. This man then connected me to the store. At this point I had been on the phone for 15 minutes. I then waited on hold another 8 minutes and nobody from the store ever picked up.I tried to call back again today and went through the same thing! I never got in touch with anyone from the actual store! I should be able to call a number and speak to someone at my home location. Fix this Walgreens!! Your customer service is terrible!!

I decided to give this pharmacy a try. I recently needed medication that had to be refilled and check if PA had gone through. I originally checked on 10/01/2023, where I was told PA had not gone through, but medication was ready.I called back on 10/5/2023 @10am. I get connected to someone who asks me to stay on the line while she checked on the status. I am put on hold for 20 minutes, only for someone else to respond and ask the reason for my calling. Then after explaining, she’s informing me of possibly waiting for PA authorization, when I was informed already it was authorized. Then, I’m informed the medication needs to be filled, when it was already supposedly filled days ago.I understand being busy, but it seems unprofessional to let someone know you’ll check on a status and not following up. It seems there’s no clear communication amongst staff either. This could perhaps be resolved in hiring more workers so the ones that work don’t feel overwhelmed.Until those measures are taken, I do not recommend this pharmacy.

I am a cancer patient at 27 years old.Walgreens response to not filling my narcotic pain medication is " its against our good faith to fill the prescription due to a incorrect address on file "Please, someone at the higher up of Walgreens get ahold of your pharmacist and give them some better faith.Most pathetic group of folks iv seen yet.??

5/19/2023 a little after 3 PM . The gentleman working register was very kind to me today and got me rung up quickly. I got off work about an hour before. I had tried Walmart but they had no customer service in medicine. Walgreens may be a little more pricey BUT you always have excellent customer service AND treat customers with respect. I will pay for that difference any day.

I had to go see the doc over the weekend in which the doctor had sent in three prescriptions for me to get. I drove down to Walgreens to pick up my prescriptions and immediately let the cashier know that I literally just left the doctor's office but have three prescriptions and I'd be waiting. She was very nice and told me OK. When my name was called over the intercom that my "prescription" was ready I went to the counter. One was ready. I should have picked up on that when I didn't hear the "s" on prescription. I told the cashier again I had three sent in. I continued to wait. I was told again my prescriptions were ready. I walked back to the counter and now they had two of the three. I told them again there were three and even asked them if they are not seeing them. I went back by the LabCorp door and had a seat and continued to wait. While waiting a male walked up to carry on a conversation with an employee telling a girl that walked up that he is married to the one girl's co-worker but he just considers the employee he's talking to a good friend. The girl walking up was bringing her sister lunch. After the sister left, the employee and the guy continued to talk but I was still there. Waiting on my last prescription to be filled. When it was finally filled, about 30 minutes later, I left. This is why people hate going in to wait for prescriptions. This is why the public is upset over poor customer service. Do better Walgreens. But hey, at least the employee that received her lunch from her sister while she was talking to her co-workers husband, who is only her friend, was enjoying her lunch in the vehicle with the guy. Hope it was good.

They call 57 times, leave a message saying my medications are ready. I go to pick them up, they're not ready. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I tried to pick up my daughter's medication and they said the insurance won't fill it because it says she's a boy. I can't even understand what this has to do with cough medicine?! I said I'll pay for it out of pocket then! $75 for cough medicine and i left. Hate this pharmacy!

Worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. They just leave your prescription in a pending status for days. It takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get someone on the phone when you call in every time. Never have I ever seen this at any other pharmacy throughout the US.

Just moved from out of state and the pharmacy staff made it so easy to transfer my prescriptions, they did all the work. Extremely friendly and professional.

Drive thru pick up is ridiculous. Slow is not the word for the service you receive here. You had better not be in a hurry to pick up a prescription.

I've got blue cross blue shield insurance everytime I go to get a prescription there they said my insurance doesn't go through try charge me full amount so I went to Wally's same day waited for 10 mins and no problem with my insurance

Always get my medicine here, but lately the pharmacy line at the counter is slow. Wait time is usually about 10 to 15 minutes.
