“40 a month unlimited car wash and vacuuming. I own a landscaping business so my truck needs to be cleaned more than once a week so this is a must have for me. The car wash even shines my tires and chrome rims. Don’t pay $20 for one wash…get the monthly plan and get your money worth!”
“Staff is helpful and there’s no pushy sales tactics. Can get a basic car wash with free vacuuming when you’re done for only $10. You also can get cheaper gas if you get the car wash. It’s my go to spot! Only note I have is when you pull in and are headed to the car wash make sure you stay to the right of the cones, as the other side is the exit. It should have an enter exit sign.
As of 1/15/2026 the standard wash went up to $12”
“I was treated like family from the first interaction with Jim who is the owner I had a chance to meet his lovely team and spouse/partner. they took a lot of care for my car. This was my first time getting my car, professionally detailed and honestly, I am going to be getting my car professionally detailed from here on out and this will be the only shop that I will be taking my car to my car looks even better than what it looks like when I picked her up from the car lot and I have never seen her clean. She’s so clean that honestly just makes me want to scream and holler. It’s just like seeing your house crispy clean from head to toe. That’s how I feel in my car now and I don’t even want to get out my car it’s beautiful. It shines from the inside out”
“Everything is clean and the staff is very polite.
The reason why I leave a 4 and not 5 star feedback is because random people come in and use the vacuums without washing their cars or paying and I've had some of those people jump infront of my car. They should have gates blocking the vacuum access.”

“10 bucks is the cheapest wash. The equipment looks to be in good condition overall, some vacuums tend to have pretty low suction force, they have plenty of cleaning towels and you can use their bug cleaning solution to clean the details. Everything is self service”
“For $30 and how filthy (dusty inside) my truck was!!! I should give them 5 ⭐. They did a great job for it being a work truck. Yes I would return for the $30 and bring it dusty again. The photos are the after ones. Just imagine red clay dirt built up on the door, floor mats, dashboard.”
“I rented a car and ended up with paint on the right side. I stopped at Sam’s Express Car Wash just to clean it, but Jerry and Alex went above and beyond. They took the time to help me remove the paint—scrubbing the wheel well and side of the car until it was completely gone so I wouldn’t be charged an extra rental fee.
They used every product they had, didn’t hesitate, and genuinely cared about helping. When I tried to tip them for their hard work, they wouldn’t accept anything.
Jerry and Alex are outstanding employees and even better human beings. Management should know how exceptional they are. Especially during the holiday season, they deserve recognition for their kindness and integrity”
“I come in every weekend for a wash and am always at the Charlotte location early mornings. Xavier is always the person on duty and has the best attitude. He’s always attentive, friendly and respectful to clients. I just want to recognize his commitment to this particular location and how easy it is to be in and out on the weekends with everything provided for the members to access the services and products that are available for members. I appreciate a good attitude and a reasonable priced service, but this place may just get to keep my money without me having to shop around anymore. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming, although some people don’t like to just wash their cars, they come and try to make conversation, I just want to be in and out. Common things there are fried chicken drumsticks, wings, chicken strips, or sandwiches, steak fries/JoJos/wedges, Mac and cheese. In the mornings they have breakfast sandwiches, typically sausage egg & cheese, chicken egg & cheese, bologna egg & cheese, and sometimes liver mush.”
“There was a young man that did an excellent job on my rubber floor mats. My door jams were left really dirty and nasty. They had not even been touched. Rylan did an excellent job on my door jams. He is definitely a keeper. I am glad to have made his acquaintance at autobell, In Gastonia, North Carolina. I cannot comment on the young guys. That wiped my car down but I will say they never touched my rubber mats / door jams.. It was Rylan that came to my rescue.♥️?”

“I seen the other reviews and I honestly have to say I couldn’t disagree more with most of the ones I seen. The suction was actually great and it lasted a long time. Very convenient place to wash and vacuum your car. Not sure but I seen a lot of people said that only 2 out of 4 of the washes actually work. I didn’t get a chance to wash my car because the outside was already clean but my experience was really good and for that I would still say i recommend going for the vacuum that’s closer to the library ??.”
