I was in there doing laundry with my service dog and some random lady came up and pet my service animal without even asking and then she tried to say my dog wasn’t a service animal and then the lady behind the counter tried to tell me that I couldn’t bring my service dog in here even though I showed her my official service dog card and my dog had her service vest on and everything and she said that I couldn’t have her in there because other people will try to bring there dogs in there even though I showed her that she was a certified service dog provided to me she still tried telling me I couldn’t have my service dog in there so I will no longer come and do laundry here and I suggest if you have a service animal you should not come do your laundry here because they will tell you your not allowed to have your service animal in there

This is the cleanest laundry mat around! I have looked at others in Belmont, gastonia and beyond. They all have mold in the soap area and mildew on the glass inside door.Also the owner is sweet and very helpful. She also does a wonderful job with your clothes if you do the wash and fold!

The washers and dryers work well. They also mend clothes for a very reasonable price. They only charged me $3 to mend three shirts and the repair work was very good.

The couple that runs it are super nice and helpful. The machines are clean and appear newer. Will definitely come back here when I need a laundromat.
