I’ll be going to this location quite often. The last post office I went to for 8 yrs, the postal employee were so nice, helpful, pleasant. I go here, been there only 3x. An individual, will not call out directly, but you know who you are. I greet with a smile, how are you?, 2x this person waited on me. This person never smiled. Did not address me whatsoever. Barely looked at me. It irritated me. Blah, unfriendly, almost rude. One interaction was with a new employee who was the nicest and helpful. I know people have challenging days with the public, but please appreciate when kindness is shown.

This place is horrible, I called at least 50 times in a day trying to get some simple information on a package that was apparently just sitting at there location. Not a single time did anyone pickup the phone.

I moved to mount holly a year ago for the 2nd time. And in the last month I have had to go to the post office to mail things off. And both times I was there the 2 men working the front counter have been so rude and disrespectful in the way they treated me and talked to me like I was stupid. Especially when I needed guidance on what would be the best way to ship something off. I will never go back to that post office again. I will either go to Stanley, NC or Belmont,NC. I have been to both of those before and they were amazing. I hope someone does something about the Mount Holly, NC post office.

I have packaged that has a prepaid label. I was rushing to get the closet post office which is mt.holly and I got there 15 minutes before close. Issue is the box was open. I only need 12 inches of tape. The worker said you need to tape it so I turned around to get the tape on table only to be told that's priority tape you can't used that you have to buy a roll off the wall. I like you can't be serious. USPS DOESN'T HAVE TAPE TO PROVIDE FOR 12 INCHES AND THERE'S LITERALLY A REGULAR TAPE GUN BESIDE HIM. First time here at this location. I can't deal with this madness you telling me a federal funded place who gets to write off whatever can't help with a little tape for a tiny package.

The black guy that works at the USPS, was very rude, disrespectful, racist to me as an west Indian that I am. Just because I mentioned that should not the package that I was sending in a shoe box, not have to be in one of their boxing logo, from what I was told by other USPS in NYC, not sure how that didn't apply in NC. So not my fault that a package can be shipped in a shoe box without any USPS boxing or logo. Cause of that he doesn't want to ship my package out.

Words cannot describe how much I hate the usps. On a daily basis the individual who works for this terrible excuse of a business puts junk mail for stores and services that I do NOT use. They also on a daily basis send junk mail for people who do not live at our residence. What infuriates me even more is that usps puts the person's name or current resident. If you are going to send an advertisement that is addressed to current resident, I do not understand why you go out of your way to put the person's name on the advertisement. My disgust for usps increases every time I have the displeasure of dealing with one of their incompetent employees. I sincerely cannot wait until the usps is shutdown permanently and I won't have to deal with these incompetent people ever again.
