Had to use this pharmacy due to stock issues at CVS. Emily was so great! She truly went above and beyond when it came to help me with all of my prescription coverage/pricing concerns.

Absolutely the worst place I have dealt with in my entire 50 years of using and shopping at a drug store!! First off they have the poorest customer service they were very rude and this includes their Manager! I would not recommend this drug store to my worst enemy people! Listen, you can do so much better within a few miles from this Walgreens. It would be worth going the extra mile!!

It's rare to wait less than 10 minutes at the pharmacy. They have the option to use express checkout but it's pointless if you still have to wait in line for 15 minutes

(This is not my normal pharmacy thank God!) Please whatever you do do not trust these people with your medication!!! I had to go up there three different times today to pick up one prescription for my son. Once to drop off, trip #2 and attempt number one to pick up where I was told I had to wait until the pharmacist was there to check the meds. And third time to actually pick up the meds only to get home and realize the medication was never checked or mixed by the pharmacist! Or if it was, the pharmacist did not do their job whatsoever and let me leave with the medication that was not ready to be given to a patient!!!! This cannot be safe or legal for that matter. This was a medication for my 11 year old! That was never looked at by the pharmacist!!!

I usually don't trust negative reviews. But I've learned from my own experience. The workers in this pharmacy do not have enough professional knowledges about prescription drugs and they do not treat all customers equally. Sophisticated discrimination on their part disappointed me.

This is exactly why their reviews are so bad I've never been treated so horribly in my life they have the worst customer service up there that I have ever experienced I don't know how a pharmacy can mess up a weekly prescription every week the pharmacist up there is so rude he should be fired worst customer service I've ever had so disappointed and disgusted with Walgreens I'll never shop there again

This only applies to the pharmacy. I had gone through the drive up 6/6 to get meds for myself and my mother - Chad allowed my moms & said I couldn’t get mine for 3 additional days - no problem. I go back 6/9 to be told that since I didn’t pick them up they were put back! I also had to pick up meds on 6/8 from a sick visit & used the app to pay ahead of time for my convenience- the pharmacist Julian wouldn’t honor it due to a code of some sort even when I was on the phone with the Walgreens app support showing I had already paid! Instead of looking up my order number & trying to help he stated he needed to keep the line moving and to drive back around when I found the code he needed. There isn’t a code - the Walgreen rep said there isn’t a code. VERY poor customer service given all the way around!

Seems like some people seem to have issues at just about any pharmacy they go to.. if you look at any other pharmacies around they're all littered with negative reviews...However my experience at this Walgreens location couldn't be further from that. I recently started a prescription medication that my insurance isn't covering. I wasn't aware of this when I arrived to get the medicine and the employee at the counter not only empathized with my situation but went out of their way to find a coupon that lowered the cost significantly from $170 to $50 then proceeded to show me how to download the app so I could check the price myself and have the coupons going forward. I don't know about you but saving $120 is a big deal to me!I've been using this pharmacy for 6 months now and have not once experienced any of the issues left in other reviews nor seen them happening while I was there. I've only seen kind staff attentively assisting customers.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. I went there for two years thinking maybe it was just circumstances, but their customer service is awful! The pharmacist is rude and does not care about customers. I can’t tell you how many times I received a text saying my prescription was ready, and then sat there for over an hour waiting for it to be filled. And of course they were rude to me about it. Do not go to this pharmacy unless you want to leave upset and frustrated.I have seen several customers walk out very upset because of the inefficiency and rudeness of this pharmacy. Again, the pharmacist is absolutely awful. It seems like the pharmacist does not know what’s going on half the time and when he chimes in it is always always always rude.My doctor even commented on the pharmacy and that they were not very good. He did suggest that I switch to Cvs. Which I did. Understandably the current state of the economy can affect the operational efficiencies of a pharmacy, however I do not receive this type of horrible customer service and lack of care at any other pharmacy. They are not communicative and when they are they are not helpful and they are rude.Again do not go to this pharmacy unless you want to leave upset and frustrated and without your prescription.

Countless issues with different situations over the past couple of years. Unfortunately, can never get through to anyone on the phone when you try to call to resolve it either. Always with the pharmacy. They gave my father an incorrect number of pain pills after a severe car accident, so that he was then unable to get the remainder of the medicine when it was brought to their attention. They didn't label a COVID test I had done so that I was unable to get results. They mixed up appointment I had for COVID test even though I had the confirmation email with all correct info that they verified as well. I was in the car accident with my father and they didn't have medicine I needed ready on time, couldn't find it, I had to wait another day so they could finish getting it ready (even though I received an email saying it was ready, and couldn't get through to anyone on the phone to verify this so I had to go in person each time to find out what was going on). I mean it's just chaos.

Yes… the other reviews about rude pharmacist, George, are correct…he WILL give you an attitude for asking about a coupon….Wait an hour and 37 minutes for a script CVS can do in 10 minutes? No thanks…even being short staffed,CVS came through again. Shouldn’t have bothered stopping here.

Attempting to find out if my prescriptions are ready for pickup. Employee answers the phone and tells me to hold before I could get a word out. They left me on hold for 11 minutes before I hung up and called back just to immediately be answered and placed back on hold without a word. Occasionally the female would pick up again, say hold and place me back on hold before I could object. I understand being busy and short staffed but leaving a customer on hold for more than a few minutes without at least checking back in is unacceptable. I won't be using this pharmacy again. I'd rather go the extra distance to Belmont. Update after 27 minutes, they picked up the phone and hung up!!!! I'll be calling cooperate office. Update number 2: after a third time, in the principle at this point, they did the same, pickup, hold on, and never came back. 35 minutes total and once getting hung up on with no answer.

0 stars. The pharmacy manager George was rude, wouldn’t let me talk, and hung up on me. I have never been treated so poorly at a Walgreens, and I have only been using this location for a month since I moved:
