Ira "Buddy" Turner founded Buddy’s Jewelry in 1945. Where he made a successful living in primarily watch making. Their son, Tommy Turner, a North Carolina State graduate, received a degree in Textile Engineering. He worked for Allied Chemicals out of Richmond, Virginia right out of college returning to his family business in 1978. Today, Tommy and the caring staff, continue Mr. Buddy's tradition of putting our customers first and offering top quality, gold, sterling silver, pearls, estate jewelry, diamonds in a variety of settings and styles.
Buddy's Jewelry cleaned a 68 year old bracelet that had been heavily oxidized. The inscription, after cleaning, was clearly legible, and a keepsake photo within the bracelet remained in excellent condition. Friendly, personable, attentive to detail. my go to for jewelry (purchase or maintenance).
