I went in to get Claritin D. There was 1 customer at the counter, 1 in line, then me. 25 minutes later the customer at the counter was still there, the next had been helped & left. There were at least 3 employees that were standing around talking. I was told they couldn’t help me / their system was down. But, the 1st lady was still being helped and customers at the drive thru were getting assistance. Poor customer service doesn’t come close.

This Walgreens is close almost as much as it is open! Hire more pharmacies for God's sake! Also I get a text my meds are ready but can't pick them up right away and when I go to get them they don't have them! I thought they have to hold them for a few days, or so the message says on the call! Well they never seem to hold on to my meds and I have to keep coming back. That is just B.S.! I order my meds so you would think they hold them for ME. Talking about the store in Mount Olive, NC. Only reason I keep going back is because Walmart is worse.

They don’t pick up the phone and they are rude. They also lie and say it is state law when it is really their pharmacy rules, not law!! They’re good if you’re okay with getting your prescription 3 days out, but otherwise NOT!!

Great store with even better employees! Thankful for the convenience of having mostly everything I need for a quick stop. Our family is especially thankful for the time, effort and care the pharmacy provides. One of the most underrated pharmacy's in our whole county! Jack is so carring for every patient and customer. As long as he is there our family will always use Walgreens for our prescription needs.

Refilling prescription on the phone never works and they never want to pick up the phone. And when i do need prescriptions it often takes 3 plus days!! Ridiculous

I called ahead about a medication and had to wait forever, although they said they'd have it ready. Had problems with the cashier and they were completely rude.

Girl on register was being rude to my mom who had trouble reading a product. Saying some “I dont know” to every question my mom asked, if l was there it wouldve be different. Imagine if your mom got that same treatment, learn some manners.

I was on hold for 1hour 10 minutes. Later received text Pharmacy closed, no explanation. It was a Monday morning. This has happen several times. The medicine is never ready. My mother is old, they fill 1 a day. We will have to make multiple trips to the pharmacy. This is the Mount Olive NC store.

This is the cleanest and nicest Walgreens in Wayne County by a long shot. I drive out of my way to visit the pharmacy because they know me by name, treat me with respect, and have the best staff. The pharmacist, Jack, is very knowledgeable and always willing to take time to answer any questions I may have. The techs are always friendly -- and yes, sometimes there is a wait, but you get that anywhere you go! I know Jack and his team are doing their very best! I highly recommend.

Pretty good store overall. Terrible beer selection unfortunately. Friendly staff and clean interior.
