This morning, my daughter stopped in to grab some gas on her drive to ECU. The first pump she went to didn’t want to work properly for some reason and her card was stuck for a moment. She pulled to another pump to use so she could get gas. This Marathon ending up charging her over $75.00 EXTRA AND DID NOT REFUND HER $$$$!!! We have been continuously calling to speak with the manager, but it’s always busy!!! I have called, and emailed the corporate office as well hoping to get her money back!!! This is completely unacceptable and poor customer service! If we have to file a complaint with the police then that is our next step!!!

The ladies that work this gas station are so kind. I'm a disabled veteran and struggle a lot to make it out of the house. In the times I've been accompanied with my service dog they've always been very polite and respectful. I have never once had public access issues there. It is one less place I have to worry about public access issues as a disabled handler. Those ladies deserve a raise!

I've been trying to call this gas station for 2 days now and their phone is constantly busy, that is very poor business practice they should have a working phone and answer it.
