I buy and sell alot of collectibles. Mt.Pleasant PO has always been great w putting my packages away safely. I get along well w the staff inside and know them better than my own neighbors lol. Rain Sleet and Snow they deliver.. The little lady in the jeep works her tail off !

I drive a bit out of my way to use this office. The people are friendly and the hours are pretty standard for a smaller location.

This particular location has various non standard rules that are not visibly posted causing newcomers headache. I’ve had nothing but issues getting my packages delivered or even picking them up at the location. The management also blatantly lied to my face about a special policy they have concerning how long they hold a package. In order for the USPS to continue to be prosperous they should have standard polices across all locations and a higher level of customer service, and if at all possible deliver packages to the customer’s actual front door!

This USPS location is horrible. They don’t understand the meaning of customer service. Why be in the customer service industry if you don’t want to deal with customers? Especially an employee named DJ who is unbelievably disrespectful. Rolling eyes, acting like being made to do his job is such a big deal. Answer questions kindly. Accept and/or deliver packages. What’s so difficult about that? Is this government job with excellent benefits beneath you? I’m sure there’s someone else that would appreciate the work and wouldn’t mind treating customers with a little bit of decency and respect. Do better USPS.

The people who work there are very nice. My issue is with the retail hours. Anyone who works business hours can't access services. Also, instead of home delivery, our USPD packages are left at the post office and again impossible to access.

Chose not to deliver my mail for an invalid reason, they had clear and easy access to the delivery location just did not want to drive down my driveway… I call the USPS number and chose to talk to an agent, I wait on hold for 12+ minutes for them to just hang up the call. 0/10 stars if that was an option. Go to FEDEX

I ordered something off Qvc, Yesterday there was a storm and couldn’t deliver it, it told me to wait the next day (which is today) And now my order is backed up, and won’t show me any information.
