“My service was AMAZING!!! They repaired my 2018 Acadia’s transmission and it’s driving like a brand new truck again!!!! Thank you James and the crew for your excellent customer service!!!”
“I took my truck to Bench Buil Transmissions. After Nick Jr. Diagnosed my truck they told me that the problem wasn't the tranmission. No just that also they referral me to other shop in Concord. Which they repaired the problem in no time. Just I wanted to let you know that Bench built no just are professionals also they are super honest.
Lleve mi camioneta a Bench Built Transmissions. Despues se que Nick y su hijo diagnosticaron mi camioneta. Me mandaron a otro shop para la reparacion. Solo quiro agradezer por su profecionalismo y su honestidad.”
“We love everyone at Sudden Impact! The office staff is always friendly, the mechanics do a great job at diagnosing, explaining and fixing the problem and my car is always ready when they say it will be (if not earlier). I was recently rear ended and need the back of my car fixed/painted and they did a fantastic job with that too.”
“I have used their services for years. If you’re searching for tires in Statesville or alignment in Statesville they have been the most well known and reputable business for decades. I just had 4 Cooper tires put on a company vehicle. They’re always fairly priced and their customer service is always excellent. When you’re new to an area and searching for something it’s always scary. These are folks you can trust.”
“I took my car there because the transmission was acting funny, they told me what the problem could be and didn't try to sell me anything, I like the way they do business, honestly good people.”

“I called last minute needing my car inspection done, and Alan was incredibly accommodating and able to fit me in right away. The service was fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I really appreciated how kind and welcoming Alan was, especially considering how short notice it was. Great customer service like this is hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing automotive service!”
