“We had Christy today at mini mall storage. She was super helpful and very friendly. We appreciate her making our time less stressful in finding a storage space. Thank you again!”
“Statesville staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the third time I have used this location and each time has been very pleasant. I will continue to do business with them in the future.”
“I cannot thank Brandy and her team at U-Haul enough for all of their help with my stressful move.
I even hired some movers from the U-Haul app and they were amazing too. anytime I need something heavy moved. I will definitely go to U-Haul.”
“The lady that just answer the phone is rude and disrespectful. And when I called back she put someone else on the phone. And ill add this to say because she didnt even give her name. But if you dont want to answer the phone professional dont answer the damn phone. You dont know what your customers are going through on that other end and your at work where you should be professional. But I definitely will never call your store again for a rental truck.”

“Owner went out of his way to accommodate my needs. U-Haul changed my location and he wasn’t supposed to be open. I called the day prior to pick up and He worked it out. Fantastic guy! Always call prior to pickup!!!”
