I had super high hopes for this brand new 711 in Moyock but about the last 5 times I've been in there multiple Slurpee machines, the soda machine, the cappuccino/latte machine, and both the sweet tea and unsweetened tea machines all didnt work. Talking about over at least a 3 month period now. Thats a sign of management that really just couldn't be bothered.

For a new store their computer system seems to go down a lot or have issues. I've been turned away twice for system being down or cash only. Very inconvenient considering most people use cards.

????Public beware!!!! ???Public health hazard .???? If you’ve eaten there this concerns you.So I was preparing coffee today I noticed a gentleman walking on the counters in his shoes. This was where we all prepare our hotdogs or donuts or coffee and other consumable goods. I approached the individual about it, as I instantly took issue with it for apparent reasons .To be frank with you, I was indignant.Didn’t care that he was cleaning.I then approached this individual assertively, telling him that he should get down from there that regardless of what he was doing as it was unsanitary. It was a bad practice to be in I said. That’s food-prep and serve-safe course101.Don’t walk on the tables and countertops, and while customers are busy preparing their consumable goods!I told individual that was unacceptable. This was when he came down and approached me and got in my personal space trying to smile, and asked me did I live locally. I told him this is no laughing matter and that he needed to take me serious. This was when the individual informed me that he owns the store. I told this individual that him owning the establishment was irrelevant to me.That this was a public safety concern, and that, regardless of where he went outside of where he was from, and maybe his home, we do not walk on our tables around here, and especially when paying customers or potential customers are preparing consumable goods. This individual continued to approach aggressively getting in my personal space twice besides the initial. Two times I had to tell this individual do not enter my personal space. He told me to leave.I assure you there’d be no 4th. So I wanted to inform everyone that the owner of this establishment believes that for whatever reason he is above the process of basic hygiene and proper etiquette. That it’s acceptable and OK to walk on the food preparing surfaces of his customers.I don’t care what you do after you walk on the surface of the table that I’m preparing my food on, it’s cross contaminated. Its also disgusting and extremely highly disrespectful behavior. It’s a spit in my face it’s a spit in every paying customers face and it’s a spit in the 7-Eleven franchise as a whole, as well as a collective. This individual could’ve acknowledge his behavior , internalize what I had said, in a proactive manner. Especially being the owner. You’d think right?Though no I’m just a mere peasant beneath him.I believe this is something he has done since the very beginning, walking around on the counters where we prepare our food and has just become accustomed to it for whatever reason. Each person coming in and setting the food down on top of whatever was on the floor and came off of his shoes.day after day, being wiped around by a nasty a$$ rag he’ll claim is clean.Don’t get it twisted I’m not a hygiene freak but I believe everybody needs to know that if you go in there to get something, you’re gonna get it with a sidenote of floor-juice, and a chemically saturated rag smear to go.Ummmm ,ummmmmm??So this is my conclusion Good’ol folks of this fine establishment of the highest character is known as the Internet. This is my deduction. No matter what does individual claims he simply believes that it’s OK to walk on or tables and food preparing services. There could be a handful of reasons why.None of them at any point acceptable of course. They will come across as excuses, though they are just whatever reasons he has told himself that whatever it is, he is doing is more important than public safety, and health. There is no excuse. There is no reason, justifiable, and this behavior deserves immediate accountability, across-the-board.That behavior combined with his aggressive overall demeanor tells me that this individual simply believes he is above the process in this regard. So, when we have to forgive me what else it is, this individual believes he’s about the process of. But that’s not what this is about the question begs to be asked. So, 7-Eleven corporate, what’s up with this?,and why your store look so cheap?

New and Good store with hot coffee. Clean store and clean bathrooms. Friendly customer service. Genuinely just a really nice place. This was my first visit to this store since it was built. I remember when they started building it the last time I was on my way to the outer banks.

Well, it was he largest store with the most pumps in Moyock. However, it's hard to go there when it's always something broke. From the restroom, gas pumps, cooler. Hell, the ice cream bar is too low and everything is freezer burn. It will do for convenience

Nice, new, and roomy. Lots of breathing room in this 7-11. Plenty of parking, even for some trailers. Handicap friendly parking and facilities. Lots of gas pumps. Fantastic coffee prep area. Located in front of a busy highway so please drive safe

Nice store and all, being it's brand new. The place is really clean, the food was fresh, but the service was something left to be desired. I have been in the place 3 times and each time greeted with employees that seem to not want to be there. And also one of whom may be the owner of the store. She doesn't seem like a very happy person. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, or maybe each time I came in there, somebody put a "kick me" sign on my shirt. I may just start taking my business up the road at Border Station.
