The owners are friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about the guns customers ask about. They can get ahold of any gun a person wants and went above and beyond to help one customer acquire a concealed carry purse as a surprise. However, some customers have had mixed experiences. One caller was given a list of items but felt the guy who answered the phone was annoyed and ended the call abruptly, suggesting a retail chain instead.
