Top notch outfit! My water pump went out while driving from MN to NC leaving us stranded in Moyock. Called them late on a Friday afternoon and had Lantz Towing haul our vehicle to Napa. They diagnosed the issue the same day and ordered parts right away. We ended up having to rent a vehicle for a few days but they had it ready on Tuesday. Shout out to Jason and Stephanine as well as the other gal at the counter who's husband Rob gave me a white knuckle ride to the Chesapeake retal car center.

OK - on the way down to OBX from PA and took a stone to the radiator of my 2017 Porsche Macan - red lights on dashboard indicating "stop engine immediately'. Limped into Advanced Auto to buy some fluid only to discover coolant pouring from the shroud covering the bottom of the engine. Advanced recommended I try Old's Auto Supply & Service and lucky me, Advance steered my correctly! Old's was able to diagnose the problem, get the replacement new radiator delivered and have it installed early morning the following day! This was a 5 to 6+ hour job as the entire front bumper had to be removed. Top notch work, great communications, and frankly - just great people. I could not recommend them higher! Great place for vehicle repairs. OLD'S Auto recounted and balanced my daughter's tire when they were about to perform their last tire service. They really me out in a pinch. The tire technician did a superb job....I highly recommend this auto service center. A++++
