  Contacted their office several times (10+) to cancel all insurance including flood beginning June 3rd, 2021. I received a notice in the mail Oct 22, 2021 that our flood insurance had lapsed (we sold the house June 2nd, 2021). Do not go to the office and find insurance through another agent. STAY AWAY!!!

  Do not go here. They never insured me then charged me for insurance when I canceled. Because it was a small amount I was told to pay and resolve the matter. It got sent to collections WHEN I WAS MAKING THE PAYMENT. I have excellent credit but bad driving record and they tried to ruin my credit.
